Somehow this escaped my search for powers when I was looking for powers for Kannibal. Can I edit it into her app?

You can.

You can't if it's a reaction to somebody else's power though.

Unless someone's power is giving her a piece of bear meat, I believe that means I'm in the clear.

Neytiri can fight without her powers. She is an anthro leopard and so has various natural abilities linked to what she is.

Amelia relies more on magic in combat but does not require it to fight, and her ability to fly is natural for her.

My analysis was mostly on characters who have some sort of combat excellence outside of power usage. If Overhill wants two weeks to train people, then it would best to focus on characters who have some sort of ability in combat without powers. No offense intended.

Then again, does the lack of usage of powers mean that above normal conditions are not allowed? Might need a better explanation.

Probably would be best for her to go. Mostly I just wanted to highlight people who probably should be on this mission (mostly to keep some form of realism in a supervillain rp, sue me)

If you want to pull Yumi from Antarctica, she's got no powers but a good amount of useful devices and regular combat skills.


On the other hand, Kiyou needs no powers to be insane. She killed that leopard seal with her bare hands.



Alice just needs the Vorpal Blade, and only summoning that can count as a power. As long as she has it when she goes in, she's fine. And if she really loses it, Hysteria isn't a power so much as it is an infection of sorts. It would be more debilitating, but it wouldn't be removed.


Wendy's 'powers' are all granted to her by a physical thing--stardust--so she's probably not that vulnerable.


Aurora could suck people's blood because fangs don't really go away, but time-stealing's a no-go.

Well, no, he's looking for non-powered people because they're going after a device that inhibits powers. So he needs people that can fight while it's on.
