There are Ten Branches in the League of Villains, and each has a leader and defined borders of control. The European branch stretches from the Azores and Iceland to the Eastern edge of the Caspian sea and northward from that border, leaving Siberia to the control of the Eastern branches. Unlike other branches, though, Europe is currently in a state of civil war, divided between two factions who have equal claim to the region. The allegiances of the members and businesses owned by the branch are so skewed and chaotic that borders cannot be defined, meaning that on a map, Europe is contested and mostly a no-go zone for the plans or operations of the other branches.

Of the two factions currently duking it out, the Arthurian faction could technically be called the illegitimate side, as they are the side that rebelled from the European branch and the other is supported by the League. They have a tough fight ahead if they are to gain control of the entirety of Europe, but the reason they haven't been crushed yet by the other branches and indeed their main enemy is because they truly divide the European branch. It's an equal split, and while normally the League physical support goes to the one who has the biggest chance of winning the war, this civil war is so indecisive and bloody that it seems more likely that the European branch will just wipe itself out. Not that that would be a bad thing for the other branches...

The Arthurian faction are named because of their organization. They have a council based on Arthurian legend that deals with government. Each major culture group and area of Europe has knight-representative on the Round Table, named after one of King Arthur's knights. King Arthur has England, Galahad has Scotland, Kay gets Ireland, France and Iberia goes to Bors de Ganis, Gawain has the Benelux region, Lancelot gets Scandinavia and Iceland, Geraint has control of the Germanic regions (Germany, Switzerland, Austria) and Poland, Lamorak has the former USSR in Europe, Tristan gets Italy, and Gareth gets the Balkans (Former Yugoslav region, Albania, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania) and Turkey. The official leader of the Round Table is King Arthur, who lives somewhere in London, but most people know that Merlin is the real leader. No one knows where he is, though, and they say only Lancelot and Arthur have seen his face. There are some main members of the Round Table, those that have specific jobs. King Arthur has England, Galahad has Scotland, Kay gets Ireland, France and Iberia goes to Bors de Ganis, Gawain has the Benelux region, Lancelot gets Scandinavia and Iceland, Geraint has control of the Germanic regions (Germany, Switzerland, Austria) and Poland, Lamorak has the former USSR in Europe, Tristan gets Italy, and Gareth gets the Balkans (Former Yugoslav region, Albania, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania) and Turkey. The official leader of the Round Table is King Arthur, who lives somewhere in London, but most people know that Merlin is the real leader. No one knows where he is, though, and they say only Lancelot and Arthur have seen his face. There are some main members of the Round Table, those that have specific jobs. Bio: A lot of it is murky to the League, but the consensus is that Arthur Underbridge was born to a prostitute and then given up for adoption the same day. He was adopted by a single man who did not give his name and no one can seem to remember anything about him, only that he was there. It is assumed that this mystery man was 'Merlin'. Arthur then resurfaced several years later as the leader of the rebels in Europe, taking over London using his 'Voice'.

He grew up in the League, went through the Academy, and was eventually assigned to the European branch to serve the Alpha he made friends with in the Academy. They had a few good years, running around and making heists, even getting married at some point. Then, one mission went wrong, and Galahad's husband died. He went through a depressed stage, becoming a drunkard and staying mainly within London as one of it's main villain garrison. At some point, Galahad met Arthur, and was seduced by him into helping take over London. After that, and some help getting him off the alcohol and drugs, Galahad became a very good friend to Arthur and his second most trusted adviser.

Bio: Kevin was born to two normal parents in Kerry, though with some interesting complications. When he was born, he did not cry. He did not scream, or wail, or do anything that showed he was alive. The babe kept his eyes closed, and kept scrunched up until he was clean. He learned quickly how to walk and crawl and run, in that order, and broke several bones in the process. His life was full of many criminal acts as he tested the limits of his powers as well as many athletic achievements. Eventually, Kevin became a villain, as no sports team would take him due to his record, and joined the League. He was recruited by Lancelot, after the young man had beaten him in single combat, after which the Black Knight was given control of the rebel holdings in Ireland. And made to stay there. Which makes him bored to all hell.

Bio: Pitch Black was born in the city of Manehatten on the Planet of Equestria at the other end of the Milky Way Galaxy. Not knowing who his parents were or what happened to them, he grew up in an orphanage. Pitch Black found himself quite charismatic, even at a young age, and formed a small gang with some of his peers. He and his gang would pick on their younger fellow orphans and extort them.

During his school years, Pitch Black immediately showed a great talent in magic, in which he gained his cutie mark, and was transfered to Canterlot School for Gifted Unicorns. The young colt thrived greatly in his studies and practices in magic, but he wanted more, gaining a thirst for power. Pitch Black began to study the darker, forbidden arts with hope of gaining unlimited power, but this began to take a toll on his mind, making him psychotic and sadistic. He was ultimately cought by his own coltfriend at the age of 15, experimenting on several of his fellow students, whom he also killed with his magic.

Pitch Black was expelled from his school and banished from the planet Equestria forever for his crimes. However, Pitch swore revenge, vowing that one day, he will return, and all of Equestria shall bow at his hooves and the world be plunged into chaos. Pitch Black kept this vow. Upon his arrival on the planet Earth, to which he has been banished, he was discovered by the Leauge of Villains and upon seeing his power, as well as his lust for even more power, and his desire for revenge was sent to the Academy of Villians. There Pitch Black found himself at the perfect place to continue his studies and further practice his power in order to achieve his goal of returning to Equestria and conquering the world he once called home.

Unfortunately, though, Pitch Black became painfully subjected to a horrific experiment by Xenocide, which gave him an anthromorphic body. The pain and trauma from the experiment further devastated Pitch's already fragile psychie, making him more erratic, unstable and unpredictable...

Personality: Pitch Black is highly charismatic, highly witty and highly intelligent, pan/xenosexual as well as playfully flirtatious with a child-like view of the world. However, he's also psychotic, amoral, sadistic, manipulative, lustful for power, sassy, sarcastic, narcissistic, treacherous, opportunistic and erratically mercurial, shifting between happiness and anger on a dime. Unless he really (and I do meam really) likes someone, he sees everyone as nothing but tools for gain (while ironically being nothing more than Xenocide's tool). One could clearly tell that he's insane and even more so due to the terrible experiments forced upon him by Xenocide.
