Yes but are you aware of the current Arc?
It revolves around young hero's at a school ala X-men.
A corporation could be very cool but you might be waiting for a bit to post unless you also play a teacher or student.

I was gonna bring up a representative of a corporation who comes to the school looking for Ghost (since they made the nanite swarm), but now instead of bringing up a corporation that has never been mentioned before, it could possibly be his now.

Donatello has a well-maintained pompadour, Along with having black hair.
Group Affiliation:None
Powers:Insect summons: Donatello is able to summon up to 20 insects of any species, the insects are under his control and can be deleted whenever Donatello wishes.
Once a wave of insects is summoned, Donatello has to wait about 30 minutes before he can summon anything again.
Equipment:Nothing especial
Weakness’s:The insect summon is limited to 100 meters, insects can't be summoned outside this range, any insect that exits the range disappears, he also needs to be able to see the place where he is summoning the insects.
If Donatello falls unconscious, all the summoned insects disappear.
Background:Donatello was born as a Italian-American child, having spent most of his childhood in the south of Italy, living in the rural area of the Sorrento Peninsula, Donatello enjoyed a calm childhood.
Due to the appearance of his new powers, the once calm life of Donatello is disrupted, He now seeks for a place where he can fit in.
Summary:An Italian with a distinct hair and the ability to spawn insects
