Super Identity: N/A
Real Identity: Eulalie Thomas
Is real identity known to the public: No
Hero, Villain, Neutral: Villain
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Appearance:
Group Affiliation: None
Powers: Teleportation - Alexis can move from place-to-place instantaneously, although she can only move a quarter mile at a time. She has the ability to carry other things with her, although the larger the item, the more difficult it is to take it with her. She essentially focuses on a point, then wills herself to move there. Her molecules scramble and reappear at the location.
Equipment: Throwing knives, trench-coat, lock picking set, impact smoke bombs
Weaknesses: Alexis can't teleport through lead or water. A quarter mile isn't the physical limit, she can technically teleport anywhere with the downside of losing consciousness for hours at a time.
Background: A street urchin born in France, Alexis ended up gaining her powers from a group of scientists. Until she was picked up, Alexis almost always spent her time out in the streets stirring up trouble. She was creative, conjuring up scenarios for her pick-pocketing desires. Nobody appreciated these, though, as was made clear by the constant time spent being scolded. Until the age of fifteen, she wasn't punished or practiced, which changed drastically in her teen years.
Alexis had a way of swiping things amateurs could only envy. She got involved with various robberies, muggings, burglaries, and even murders. Assassinations came to her career easily. Alexis didn't have many morals, almost none. Telling her that police were on her side would have made her laugh.
When the scientists nabbed her, (done by cunning and deceit, according to Alexis) they stuck her in a controlled environment. She, like several other children, were being tested on. The scientists were trying to trigger metahuman abilities, and they did with several children. Alexis played along with their idea of them being used as military weapons for governments, before abandoning them on her first assignment.
They were foolish to believe Alexis would actually perform like any other brainwashed child. She only got training from them, learning how to kill more effectively, escape handcuffs with nothing but toothpicks, as well as other spy-like tricks. She was made into an assassin and a thief, a stain on the scientists' reputation.
She moved to New York in hopes of finding some new jobs for her skills. Employment wasn't too popular for a child, until she made herself known.
Summary: A teleporting assassin.

Okay. Also, should the Sophie interaction jusy happen while Brooks is talking to the Major? I don't want to skip over that yet I'd also like Filia to steal some things too.
