I am sure my grunts would be very happy to slaughter them.
I am also very sure that we will have proto war in the impoverished areas of Africa and Latin America.

An odd side effect is that his brain and nervous tissues regenerate to provide such a level of intelligence, leading to an inability to die via neural related trauma like meningitis or a gunshot wound to the head.
  An Expensive Jar: Anthony is an cyborg by most definitions. His brain itself is the only part of him that's wholly organic, while the rest of him is synthetic bits and bobs that give him quite an edge over most people in the world. The ability to breath underwater for roughly three hours, strength rivalling that of top tier olympians, and a physical endurance exceeding Tour de France cyclists. As well as eyes that polarize to sudden and intense light, ear drums that can change frequency detection and bones that could survive impacts from .50 caliber rounds.
• The Nanocomposite body armor he wears acts like a non-newtonian fluid in some aspects: the harder the force exerted, the less actual damage is placed. That being said, the more powerful the kinetic impact, the less damage it actually does. A .50 BMG round will stop flat against it, while a .22 Subsonic round threatens to plow through it. After the plan to work with the Meta-Humans at the Academy fell through due to a few mistakes on both party's parts, Anthony founded Epoch Cybernetics, a tech company dealing in Transhumanism and mechanical marvels of engineering. This company would last almost seventy years until such a point arrived in which Anthony sent a MK X Fiddler mech back in time with a secured hard drive which contained most of his life's work so he could preemptively stop whatever would come in the future.

After this Anthony's drive to bring in a revolution in human evolution came to a crawl, figuring that humanity honestly wasn't ready for such a degree of change. Instead he changed into a public figure for Meta-Human rights, pushing for public outreach programs for said Metas to do good, instead of fear the local responses that they were all menaces.

Can we tone down the endurance a bit.
If I'm reading this right nothing stronger than 50 cal can break his armor. But nothing weaker than 50 cal can hurt the body underneath. So there isn't anything besides magic that can break the armor and his body.
Honestly, I think you should choose one or the other, armor or a powerful cyborg body. Both are really powerful on their own. Both a little much.
Also if you keep the armor i'm gonna need more specifics about what can actually break through it. What about non-kinetic energy forms like light and heat? Would it defend from lasers and fire? What about shrapnel? It's a cool piece of tech but it's incredibly powerful especially when paired with everything else you have which is already very strong.

What was contained in the hard drive held a certain set of designs which allowed the Anthony in 2016 to go from a crippled bag of meat and bone, to what could only be described as a human mind in a robotic body. After this Anthony's drive to bring in a revolution in human evolution came to a crawl, figuring that humanity honestly wasn't ready for such a degree of change. Instead he changed into a public figure for Meta-Human rights, pushing for public outreach programs for said Metas to do good, instead of fear the local responses that they were all menaces.

Can we tone down the endurance a bit.
If I'm reading this right nothing stronger than 50 cal can break his armor. But nothing weaker than 50 cal can hurt the body underneath. So there isn't anything besides magic that can break the armor and his body.
Honestly, I think you should choose one or the other, armor or a powerful cyborg body. Both are really powerful on their own. Both a little much.
Also if you keep the armor i'm gonna need more specifics about what can actually break through it. What about non-kinetic energy forms like light and heat? Would it defend from lasers and fire? What about shrapnel? It's a cool piece of tech but it's incredibly powerful especially when paired with everything else you have which is already very strong.

As well as eyes that polarize to sudden and intense light, ear drums that can change frequency detection and bones that could survive impacts from .50 caliber rounds.
