Think I already said that my manpower was too low and that the proposed scenario was unlikely to happen especcially in the US.
Unless we're talking about another scenario.

What I'd like is maybe ten or so guys robbing a bank so Calamity and Watcher can show up?
Perhaps their a distraction from another more major operation?
