The A fifty Kiloton Nuclear Warhead can be fit on a Tomahawk Crusie Missile which is thin and could fit through a 1.5x1.5 foot hole. Powers:Body Supremacy: He can control nearly all aspects of his body perfectly and can enhance his physical aspects to superhuman or near superhuman levels for a time. His body is perfect, well as perfect as a normal human can be, he is faster, stronger, and smarter, than any normal human, his other physical attributes are equally enhanced. By seeing a martial arts style in action he can become capable of practicing it, same applies to other similar discipline. He is immune or heavily resistant to nearly all natural poisons venoms and disease and can live for far longer than most humans.

He can control his body no matter what, as long as it is in mostly one piece. He can control his blood and his flesh and bone ensuring they stay in place. He can close most wounds, but it is not healing exact;y he only speeds up his bodies natural healing. Due to being immune to most toxins and the like he also cannot get drunk or high, nor is he affected by drugs, unless he lets them effect him. He can shut off his sense of pain and the like, but at a cost.

Body manipulation: He can enhance and manipulate the bodies of others, but to a lesser extent than he can his own. He must be in physical contact with the one he wants to change and both he and the recipient must remain still. He can change the appearance of himself or another person, but there will always be a similarity, as it is not shapeshifting, merely taking what is there and improving or changing it.

He has a near unlimited blood supply, but still feels the effects of blood loss, just to a lesser extent.

He can risk burning out his body if he over uses the self enhancement aspect of his powers. His resistance to poisons and the like does not apply to Meta generated variuants and it will take time and exposure for him to develop resistance. Also while he can close his wounds and others, mostly, it is not true regeneration or healing. Though he is more durable and can control his body no mattter the abuse it takes, it is stillaeffected/It takes intense concentration when he is working on another person, and the slightest interruptions can be dire.

Whenever he increases the healing or blood production of his body or effects that of others it has a cost. It takes the energy of the body and depending upon what is affected the changes can be quite drastic. He needs to ingest large amounts of food adn the like after he enhances himself or does anything that changes his body majorly.

Background: He was born in New York to a privileged family that owed its wealth to connections with certain criminal elements. His early life went well, but took a turn for the worse after several of his fathers investments went downhill. During this time, Giovanni's abilities awoke, at first it was minor and when he was in touch with a kid he had been playing with he noticed that he could see the insides of a person in a sense and could change them. Afterwards the Body Supremacy awoke and he became better, so to speak, than any normal kids his age.

During an incident when he was attacked, he showed surprising fighting skills. This fight was noticed by associates of his father, and they made him a deal. They would erase his debt and other grievances against him should Giovanni be handed over. Needless to say it happened, and that marked the birth of the Bloody Angel. in the following years Giovanni changed and became ruthless and cold, but not entirely so.

He had become close to a few people during his time with the Family, but not too close. One of his friends tried to get out of the life and subsequently bad things happened. These events caused Giovanni to leave teh family, and with his skills they were not able to track him easily. He stayed in NY as it was something he knew, but what he did afterwards was something different than when he worked for the Family. HE has been workign with the underprivileged and minor criminals with his gifts to help, but nothing quite so active as what he did before.

Summary: He is a former Enforcer for a Mafia Family. He left after a time due to a close friend of his dying, and he was able to do little at the time as his powers were more offense oriented.

If I'm reading this right he's not bullet proof. Just a super soldier type with a perfect body and some martial moves? If so he's perfect and accepted. Expect a Cannoli very soon.

Imagine Captain America, with peak human physiology, but he can boost his strength and the like to near superhuman levels, by using all the strength ad the like in the human body, but at a cost. He can also manipulate his body and that of others to a much lesser degree, letting him boost their physical attributes as well as some minor shapeshifting, example, he can change their eye and hair color and the like, but the result will always have a resemblance to the original appearance. He also does not have a true healing factor, but he can do something about his wounds, but they will not be truly healed afterwards.

So basically yes, He is a super Soldier with some Martial arts skills, but also a little more. The cannoli will be welcome.

Appearance: Ris looks like a large, stocky, 4 foot long grey cat. He looks a lot bit like a bobcat, with a short tail, a long coat and tufted ears. A lot in fact, like this.
Group Affiliation: Currently none
Powers: Super strength: Ris can claw through steel and body armour and tear chunks out of it with his teeth.
Almost supernatural speed and acceleration: Ris, despite being a fair bit dumpier, can move like a cheetah.
Cat-like reflexes: He is a cat, after all.
Cat-like leap: Ris can fling himself up to 8 yards in a single bound - similar to what a house cat in proportion to his body size.
Cat-like senses: He is a cat, after all.
Invisibility: Ris can turn invisible. This requires concentration which he cannot maintain if he is asleep, attacking someone or doing anything much more complicated than talking.
Portal creation: Ris is a creature of the Dreamlands and can create a portal back to them if he wants to.
Supernatural healing: With certain exceptions, Ris will heal from most non-lethal injuries in under a minute.

Equipment: None

Weaknesses: He is a cat: Ris cannot do a lot of things people can do such as use a weapon, operate a computer, drive a vehicle or open a door. If Ris is spotted by a member of the public they will see him as a large predator on the loose and react accordingly.
Ris is faie: Ris is faie which comes with a number of specific problems. While he heals well from most injuries, injuries inflicted with iron or steel do not and if a splinter of metal is left under the skin it will slowly poison him and, as he is a cat, he may not be able to reach them to remove them. He is also unable to tell a lie, cannot break an agreement and can be contained or repelled with magical wards.
Dreamlands portals are a one-way trip: Ris can only get out of the Dreamlands if a magic user summons him with an appropriate ritual. This means that if he runs away he cannot get back to earth again without being summoned.


Background: Ris is an ancient creature of the Dreamlands. It is unclear how long he has existed, even he does not appear to know, but he is numbered as one of the oldest of the creatures collectively known as 'faie' or fairies.
Those who have met Ris (and weren't eaten) would describe him as a huge, smug, talking cat. While many would describe him as evil, this is not true. Ris is not evil; he is homicidally inclined and easily bored. He is also something of a coward, will generally always attack from ambush and tends to run away if it looks like his opponent is anywhere near a match for him. While it is known that Ris will happily eat people, he doesn't tend to do so unless he is quite sure there won't be major repercussions to his doing so. That being said it is generally advised not to turn your back on Ris, especially if he is hungry or bored.
Ris has a long-standing feud with another, more powerful, faie who happens to be the ancestor of a certain Imogen Vaughan, recently added to the ranks of the Metahuman Academy. During her time lost in the Dreamlands Ris entertained himself extensively at her expense, encouraging a number of other faie to terrorise and torture her. His ultimate plan had been, once the entertainment value of watching her suffer had run its course, to kill and devour her. Her escape back to Earth left the ancient faie feeling a little vexed.


Summary: A homicidal, talking cat fairy.

I can think of a few Knights that would definetly like a character likt this around. Accepted. The Pic doesn't seem to work either.

Equipment: .50mm sniper rifle, Duel .44 revolvers, & duel swords.

Weaknesses: Other than normal human limitations, he is one of the most wanted by the NYPD and the United States government.

Background: Born in New York, Connor Black was born to a wealthy family and lived an above average lifestyle for the first six years of his life. He was born with a silver spoon in his mouth, and his family expected him to live a happy life, until his seventh birthday. His family went to see a movie that night and was walking to their limousine when an assassin struck. Both of Connor's parents were shot dead by a sniper only meters from the safety of their armored car. As per Black's parents will, he was sent to live with his aunt and uncle of only a working class household. His quality-of-life was severely diminished until Connor joined a privately contracted army in Africa at the age of eighteen.

He was assigned to a sniper post, and he fell in love with firearms from then on. Years of training with firearms gave Connor nearly superhuman shooting capabilities. After six years of serving as a contract soldier, Black returned home with a small fortune. Reasoning that shooting was his best skill, he became a hired gun in New York. The first jobs paid well, but his tenth assassination is what made the Dragonfly. The job's target was a CEO of a major technology corporation based out of California. The target was visiting the New York division of his company and would only be there for two days. This would be Connor's only chance at becoming the millionaire that his parents were, but he was going to get to that level through different means.

Understanding the level of security that would be surrounding the target, Black took a sniping position in a construction site while the workers were on holiday. The building was about 375 meters away from the target. Black would leave the building with four out of five bullets in the magazine and a bullet in a major organ of the target. It was the only chance he had. He released the bullet, and the shot met the target's heart, assuring his death. This shot made the Dragonfly into the high-class assassin he is.

After the assassination and receiving his payment, the Dragonfly opened Black Defense Inc. He used the corporation as a surplus to his bank account, but primarily as a development base for his weapons and gear. His new sniper, pistols, and swords were developed in the corporation. Dragonfly owes no allegiance to any group or party other than himself and the highest bidder. He is not afraid to strike at any person, and could develop the technology to take on heroes and villains...

Minor Lovecraftian horrors are allowed but they are of course HEAVILY nerfed.
Mr. Self-Destruction was kinda the type of creature you might want to look at and even he was super toned down.
Think Wilbur Whateley rather than full Yog-Sothoth.
