-Barrier manipulation, the ability to create and modify virtually weightless barriers.
Weapon Barrier: Anything remotely weapons related can be created with this, of course, anything gun related cannot be created, however basically anything from the middle ages can be created, ranging from hammers to blades, to bows even. Can't be moved telekinetically but can be thrown or wielded like weapons. Sharp and can cut through things most blades can, but shatter whenever a normal blade would. If breaks it can't causes physical damage

Defensive Barriers: Create walls (or some other shape) shield within 5 meters. Can't be moved telekinetically. Can sustain medium fire, Grenade Launcher, Small Mortars, Weak Sniper Rifles. Tank round, heavy artillery and high powered sniper rifles/anti-tank rifles will break it. If breaks it causes physical damage.

Personal Barrier: Surrounds just him and can protect from even greater damage. Can also make his attacks slightly stronger. Heavy artillery can be survived for a good amount of time before shattering. Boost strength to peak human levels due to encased fists and what not. Shatters after long periods of damage or damage above traditional artillery.
-Extreme resistance/resilience, due to training with his barriers, he got an extreme resistance to blows and a seriously powerful immune system.
-Narrator awareness, he is aware that something beyond his plane of existence is handling his movements, however, he is only aware of his own Narrator, and as such only theorizes that others have those as well.
Equipment: Screws, and steel balls, but mostly screws of various shapes and sizes.
Power Origin: Magic, training
Weaknesses:
-Do you know about the Spanish Flu?: More barriers of different types= Spanish flu (Modifying already existing barriers while not altering their original types is not going to make it worse, however, if he does add another type to a barrier, it's going to be severely increasing the symptoms.)
The symptoms start with a severe fever and fatigue that numb his movements, then it escalates to his lungs getting clogged up.
If he tries any further to summon anything else, it will kill him.
However, unsummoning barriers lessens the effect of the symptoms.
This makes him completely unable to hold on for really elongated fights, as he ends up dropping from fatigue or dead if he tries too hard.

-Shit, my bone's broken again: When a non weapon barrier breaks, Heamet gets a random bone broken in his body.
Though it seems to mainly focus around the legs and arms along with the ribs.
Personality: Very odd, unpredictable, perverted, typically fights for the weak.
Background:
Heamet's story isn't all that relevant to what he is right now, besides being addicted to comics of all kinds and having his whole education revolve around it, it didn't impact him nearly as much as one would think.

He grew up in Teos, in Geldran to be precise, but extremely early on, he was sent off to Earth, and as such, was adopted at the fresh age of three years old by a couple that Stone had entrusted Heamet to.
The couple was very nice to him, and despite not being there all the time due to work, he always felt like he could be having it way worse.
Quickly enough, his comics based education became extremely prominent and when he entered high school, like any other high school, people had to screw with the local nerd.
But little did they know, he screwed them over quite literally, as the very next day, they were found agonizing, pinned to the wall of the school, and under them written in blood, the words: "It wasn't me."
Right after the incident, he consistently changed high schools around the country and quickly became known as: "That guy with the screws".
Shortly after having high school done, his barriers started to grow just as prominent as his education, and as such, he took it upon himself to develop it to the max.
And that, resulted in the first time he went to the hospital, however, he had healed in a surprising amount of time, being stabilized in only a few minutes after arriving to the hospital and leaving the very next day, completely fine.

After training a whole bunch, he started to become interested in the job of police officer, and proved to do a surprisingly good job at it, and in less than a year, he became the new chief of police of his department.
However, as he constantly says it: "It's only for show, I'm nearly constantly on the field."
After noticing a serious upheaval in the meta/magic/super community, it became almost mandatory that a police force consisting almost entirely of metas/magicians and other kinds of supers to uphold some sense of law.

As such, they are often commissioned for hard hitting missions and their rules are quite often very liberal.
Heamet however remained the head of the department, due to his ability to lead others on the field.
He often works with the military or the SWAT for missions of utmost importance.

Recently, during a mission with the SWAT and The Agency, a whole warehouse's worth of explosive blew him away and fortunately sent him into a coma.
Initially, the coma was supposed to set in for several months, now however, it seems that he is healing far faster than anyone would've anticipated.

• During this entire event the UN, EU and Nato collectively lost their shit. They tried almost everything they could that wouldn't cause mass civilian casualties. Nothing worked. During this time there are also reports of individual Meta-humans and sorcerers trying to defeating Slaggep but failing miserably.

Mental damage. To Dwight the physical and mental are not separate. He's going to give her some therapeutic dreams and try to reason with her there until he feels she's more stable.
This does raise a good point.

They are NOT meta-humans and specifically chosen to be a controllable human alternative to meta-humans. They are founded on the principle of humans not needing to rely on meta-humans.
They all wear power-armor or high tech stuff. There also very diverse, got a member from all the big countries which specially styled them to be thematic.
