If yes, it will be one sided meta human action. Allied Metahumans being slaughtered by Units of the SS AfP with directives to not flatten the city and equipped with some new toys straight out of the german labs.

Warsaw always seems to win in terms of getting destroyed.

The music list will have to wait for a minute. I rarely think about how they actually sound.

Of sorts. Let's just say that getting possessed when exploring the nature of demons leaves you with a few problems. He suffered from the aftereffects physically, even if the illness itself came from a magical nature.

About his fears:

One of William's founding concepts is the trust he places in himself and his abilities. It's about how he studied and evolved that gives him an impression that he can deal with whatever it is thrown at him. The rebelliousness comes as the concept previous to the current character. If someone said "No mage ever done it before", he wanted to be the first. He wants to explore, discover and research, but is aware of the risks. He just likes to forget them.

So, he isn't frightened by any spells or creatures, however, he would counsel you against dealing with fey and demons that need bargains to live. There are a few high tier spells that he avoids using, but isn't particularly frightened of. Oh, he knows that his soul is a matter of dispute between many beings, but this is a subject for another time. So, no, not to the point of never considering exploring or using.

Haven't decided what Jonathan, Andrew and Raphael sound like except that they have russian, Australian, and french accents...

Since I've got too many character created, I'll just search one for Mateo, and one for Johanna.
Carly doesn't really count since she's had only one interaction.

Has there been any issues of corruption: Not yet, the NYMD is fairly recent and Heamet saw to it that everyone trusted each other, or at least him to a degree that most wouldn't even think of accepting anything that could count as corruption.

Do they identify with cop culture: Well, sort of. Some do as they were former agents of the regular police, and some don't due to being outsiders.
It's like a melting pot of different types of cultures, military, police...

Can't seem to find anything for Mateo, but a calm Mateo pretty much sounds like Professor Layton.
Otherwise, he sounds like Arin Hanson from Game Grumps.

And I actually don't have much of an idea about Johanna.

Heamet on the other hand sounds like Patrick Seitz when he voices DIO.

Some of the older stuff still has that yes but they mainly use Nato standard or special ammunition.
It's just so much easier to get your hands on Nato standard and so much easier to explain when you openly manufacture weapons and ammo for the world.

Group Affiliation: Illuminati
Powers: Tracing Eye Beams: At will The Eye of Providence can fire beams of green energy from his eye. These beams do not need to go in a straight line, they can move in any direction and pattern while flying. They can turn corners, navigate mazes and readjust their trajectory. When this beam hits an object it burns an area of about six inch diameter with heats around 15,000 Kelvin.
Enhanced Condition: The Eye of Providence Eye was raised from literal birth to be a solider and protector. His workout routine started as soon as he could speak and a careful drip of steroids as made him a peak human specimen.
Enhanced Combat and Marksmanship: The Eye of Providence has received lifelong combat training and is a nightmarish foe in hand to hand combat as well as skilled at shooting imperceivably objects at long range.

Weaknesses: Steroid Drip: The Eye of Providence needs daily doses of steroids to maintain his enhanced conditions.
Not All Seeing: When he fires his eye beams he instead sees through the tip of the fired beam rather than through his eye. This means that while the beam is in transit he is unaware of what is directly in front of him and lacks any vision of his surroundings.
Powerful but not unstoppable: His beams move at half of light speed at first, but each turn they make half’s their current speed. His beams disappear after they strike matter and burn through it. So it won’t penetrate multiple targets.
Brain Washing: While he is an unstoppable killer his handlers have given him a set of code words which 34 years of brainwashing require him follow. A person saying these words can command him. The only person unable to use this ability is the target of his latest attack, who he is focused too intensely on killing.

Summary: The Illuminati's deadly assassin raised from childhood and installed with dangerous meta-genes and alien DNA. Few can stand in the way of this Terminator-esque soldier who can power through all but the most heavy resistance.

Galahad thinks very little of religious knights, often thinking that they appropriate the name of god under false pretenses to kill with no decent reason.
I suppose you were referring to the Teutonic Order.
If she'd meet one, depending on their acts she may or may not have her bias confirmed.

As for what I would do with Haegler in a concrete room 25 meters under the ground and police guards not saying anything, I would probably talk to him.
He hasn't done anything to me in particular, and given he's tied up and I personally don't have any will to attack, we'd likely have a nice conversation about how the world was during the first and second world war.
I may not look it, but I love history.
