We're only three pages in so rebuilding the world without Anowa would be a possibility.
Most people could repost their old posts with very slight adjustments but it would allow us to remove those elements that are clogging the gears as it were.
Any opinions on this idea? I'm not particular for or against but I wanted to leave the option open.

Age: 14 (Vampire Fledgling)
Gender: Male
Appearance:
Group Affiliation: The Academy
Powers:
-Vampire Physiology Raphaël is a vampire, being undead and having the ability and need to feed off the blood of humans and metas. Comes with semi-immortality, enhanced strength to the pount of lifting a car, speed to the point of running at 50 mph, and senses to smell blood from 5 miles and see in the dark, and the ability to transform into a bat. However, being a vampire fledgling, Raphaël has trouble controlling his enhanced capabilities and unsustainable thirst for blood. Though the more he feeds, the stronger he would get and the more control he would have over himself.
Equipment: Clothes and an umbrella for sunlight
Weaknesses:
Vampiric Weaknesses: Raphaël Raymond has the all the weaknesses of a typical vampire including:-The need to feed at least 4 liters of blood a week or else he goes crazy and becomes beast like...
Background: Raphaël Raymond was born in the small town of Locronan, France to a middle-class family with a mom, dad and two sisters. He lived a happy life, yet pretty normal life, being top of his class in school and best on the soccor team. However, everything changed when a group of vampires invaded the town of Locronan at night and attacked the townsfolk. Raphaël's parents fought them off along with the rest of the twon. However, they were both killed in the fight. The vampires then broke into Raphaël's home and his sisters were killed in the attack, but he survived, bitten by one of the vampires in struggle that ended with the attacker getting killed. Due to the fight, though, Raphaël was in the end transformed into a vampire fledgling, affecting both his physiology and his mind.
-A great aversion to sunlight which could burn and turn him into ash in fire if in sunlight directly.
-Glowing red eyes that make him stand out in darkness
-The need to sleep.
-Allergic to garllic that could potentially kill him in large enough quantities
-All holy objects and places which can burn, petrify and leave him greatly vulnerable
-Reflection can cause vertigo, nausea, slight amnesia and things like that involving nausea
-Whatever kills vampires, like stakes to the heart, kills him too.
-A bullet to the head will knock him down for a few hours as his vampiric nature slowly rebuilds the synapses in her brain. A wood bullet -if successfully fired- will kill him indefinitely. A silver bullet to the head will lead to a very hefty case of amnesia, and a very long stay in bed.
-Normal wounds will heal in a days time, but silver and wood inflicted wounds will heal slower than that of a normal person.
Raphaël was, the next morning, luckily for him a cloudy day, found by a group of super heros who came to Locronan to fight the Vampires. Finding the boy orphaned in the basement, traumatized, rocking in a corner in fetal position, and unable to control his powers and animalistic thirst for blood, they sent him to Talbot Manor as a student. Raphaël hasn't had said one intelligible word since, merely muttering inconsistently about his family's slaughter and his thirst for blood. However, the heros who found and rescued him have great hopes for his learning as well as his rehabilitation.
Summary: Raphaël is a young french boy from town of Locronan, France recently turned into a vampire after getting bitten in an attack. As a vampire fledgling, he struggles with his enhanced capabilities and weaknesses, his unsustainable thirst for blood, as well as his trauma from the tragic slaughter of his family and lost of humanity. As side from that, Raphaël is a big fan of sports like Football (Soccor), Basket Ball and Baseball.

Coleman in France?
Where's that even?
EDIT: Can't find it on Google maps honestly.
If I can be so problematic, for the sake of realism, I'd like you to actually find a city or village from France.
Sorry for the nitpicking, it just stands out too much. It hardly sounds french.

Methinks I misspelled the town...
Suppose to be Colmar...

Honestly I would've thought you'd get him down closer to the ocean, but sure.
Don't vampires have a rule that doesn't allow them to cross a water stream or something?
Are there bridges in Colmar? They can cross those right? Or just fly as bats over them...

Well the thing is, I don't know if you've looked, but it's basically like old city Strasbourg.
Lots of water, and hell, there's even a district called little Venice if that's any indication.

Mph. I'll choose another french town. I picked Colmar because it looked pretty...
Granis wrote:Hey, I have an idea for something that might work as a not exactly evil antagonist character, but I think it would be too overpowered if I actually tried to use them. That's why I'm telling you right now.
Essentially, everything they imagine materialises in real life, but because of this, he has been experimented on extensively since childhood. These experiments have led to him developing extremely strong paranoid schizophrenia. Naturally, this means that any horrifying hallucinations he has also materialise, essentially turning any area within at least a 200 metre radius into hell on earth.

Alright so, I will warn you once, because I have gone down that path once too.
That power on a character, antagonist or not, with that combination of weakness, is going to be insanely powerful.
Not everyone can handle 'Hell on Earth' as you call it, hell, even my main character in this one can only handle it for so long before his defense breaks. Hell, that's the sole reason he's been in the hospital.
So maybe not two hundred meters.
Knock it down to maybe fifty if you REALLY want to have it around.
Additionally, even if I'm not a Co-Op, I'll be saying that immediately, you'll need to work on making him or her not absolutely unbearable to be developed character wise.
But that's just my grain of salt.

Super Identity: Doesn't really have one yet. He's working on it.
Real Identity: Michael Evans
Is real identity known to the public: Considering his lack of superhero identity, yes.
Hero, Villain, Neutral: Somewhere in the middle of hero and neutral.

Conceptual Armoury
Can manifest any object that could be classified as a 'weapon' out of thin air, as long as he's seen one in person before. This is based on the very concept of a 'weapon', and essentially means anything that someone could consider as being created purely for combat or warfare, although if someone merely states that they consider something a weapon, he may be able to summon it, although it will likely be weaker than the original, whereas normal weapons are just as completely identical to the original, down to a subatomic level.
He can manifest up to ten of these weapons at a time, and control them remotely.
It takes a total of three seconds to manifest each weapon. While he can technically create them all at once, it usually gives him headaches, and comes with the risk of damaging his brain. In addition, it is also technically possible for him to manifest more than ten weapons, however this drastically increases the risk of causing irreversible, likely lethal damage to his brain, and this danger only increases or every weapon above ten that he creates.
He can only manifest weapons within ten feet of him. However, he can send them as far as he can see. If he cannot see them, he can only control them within the ten feet, otherwise they dematerialise after five seconds.
All forms of firearm are manifested with a single, full clip of ammunition, or whatever the equivalent is. For example an rpg will only come with one rocket.
Equipment:
Glasses. No, not special glasses. Just... Just the glasses. I mean, sometimes if he adjusts them at just the right angle, the sun gleams in them looks really cool, occasionally even blinding his opponents, but that's usually an accident. When he's fighting, he has to use a special strap to keep them from falling off.
Weaknesses: (for each major piece of equipment and each power you should have one weakness.)
The mere act of manifesting the weapons burns calories at an alarming rate, meaning that he has to eat and sleep far more than the average person whenever he uses this power.
The weapons are an extension of his mind, and while just as durable as a real weapon, they can still break. If one of the weapons does break, it sends a dangerous burst of feedback, which can essentially be likened to a flashbang that only affects Michael going off about a centimetre from his face, leaving him completely stunned, and possibly causing damage to his mind.
Summoning more than ten weapons has an almost 80% chance of causing lethal haemorrhages in his brain, and summoning all his weapons at once can also potentially damage his brain
.
He's shortsighted. Break his glasses and victory is yours.
(I know you said this probably wouldn't count as a proper weakness, but you know... The thing it's a weakness for isn't really proper equipment.)
Background: Michael grew up in a very martial arts and military focused family, and as such spent a lot of his childhood in the presence of weapons. By the time he was seven years old, he had already developed a decent level of skill with most melee weapons, and quite a few firearms, thanks to a father in SWAT.
However, when he was ten years old, his father was killed while responding to a dangerous meta-human. He was overcome with grief and rage, and swore that he'd kill the meta-human who murdered his father. He got the chance at his fathers funeral, where the meta-human showed up once more, once again beginning to rampage and killing multiple people, including his mother. In a rage, he began shooting the meta-human before he even realised he'd picked up a gun, thankfully managing to take the meta-human by surprise and killing him. It was only once he'd killed the man that his mind turned to the gun in his hand, which promptly vanished in his hand in a display similar to shattering glass.
The last six years of Mikes life have been spent in an orphanage. However, he has continued to practice his powers in secret, even sneaking out and fighting criminals occasionally without the staff knowing. The only people who know of his power in the first place are some of the staff members, including the man who owned the orphanage, Adam Helling. It was Adam who told Mike about The Academy and Talbot Manor, mentioning that he would try to see if he could get Mike transferred there if he was interested, which Mike promptly claimed he was.
Summary: A sixteen year old orphan who can summon ten copies of anything classifiable as a weapon that he's seen in real life. His defining characteristic, according to most people who know him, is that he wears glasses.
