I now have an idea for a soldier from one of the various wars, that survived the war adn then gained powers into his eighties or something. He will be that one old guy who is getting robbed then beats up all 7 of his would be attackers.

I did respond to you as The Agency. There are still three teams trying to hunt down mutated animals in the city.

He will be a grandson of Nobunaga Oda and have been trained by Hattori Hanzo. These are how he will look and will have looked.
