I'm looking through applications at the moment before updating the character list, and it seems Star has missed a few (or I missed his veredict). For the record, Robert Mattson, Caroline Williams and Elda-Vorel are accepted.

He's a novice, so he can pick up things such as books with ease. With a bit of effort he can pick up things such as TVs, trash cans, etc. With a lot of effort he can pick up a human, but it's extremely difficult. His probability powers basically just help him see trends easier and make educated guesses off of the trends. There's always the chance he could be wrong about it, and if he's distracted it's possible he won't even notice the trends.

Since Star's only concern with Eli was his powers, and they seem to have some very sensible limitations, I'll accept him as well.

More along the lines of a Nazi Captain America, a Wehrmacht soldier who was "encouraged" to be a test for some sort of supersoldier program due to his genes and/or Aryan traits, and ended up getting frozen/preserved-otherwise and coming around in the modern day. He would not share the Nazi ideals of eugenics and genocide, because that's A: boring and flat and B: just plain offensive, but would be very opposed to socialism and other Russian things, having fought on the Eastern Front.

Edit: His kryptonite might even be Soviet imagery, or copies of the Communist Manifesto.
