I don't see your point. Sure, he has hacking powers. I get it. But hacking into millions of devices at once is silly, and what's even more silly is maintaining that hacking for an extended period of time without frying your computer. No matter how many resources he has or whatever his skills/abilities are. The whole "he can hack anything" needs to be toned down considerably. Everyone has their limits, and create another weakness for him while you're at it. Your app says that he's nothing without his resources and men, but if he can't even be found, and since pretty much everything is connected to the Internet, he is far too powerful, and can't be hurt at all without everyone going offline. Also, on the question of his other powers, how can he not be tracked or appear in photos or images? Unless he's a metaphysical being or some conceptual being, or he can constantly delete any image or video taken of him, that is impossible. Also, enough of the mystery you're trying to surround Quaestio with. Put his name, background/origins and the rest of that stuff too. Information being in the app does not mean that everyone ICly knows his name and all that. You can state that information in the app is known to few or none, but there is simply no need to be evasive with the information. If he's something other than human, clarify that, or if you really really don't want other people to know--even though as I said, info in apps =/= chars knowing it ICly or you want to reveal it ICly, just TG me what he actually is.

In summary, it's clear that I need to examine apps more carefully. You've made that evident. Decision made. Case closed.

Brain can hack stuff easier than most due to his knowledge, but i get what you mean and have experienced ir via pseudo IC convo with Sal.

I apologize, Star. I probably should've pointed this out sooner. As for the hacking of millions of devices... he's not. He's only hacking a satellite or two, a cable broadcast station, and some cell towers. That's all he really needs to forcefully upload a virus or broadcast thing that allows him to livestream to an entire city at once. Everything is too connected, I agree, but that's why it works.

As for the mystery, I kind of wanted to reveal it all later on as a mini-arc of sorts. I'll TG you some of this information, but I'd rather keep it secret for now, at least until after my mini-arc with Quaestio and Aleam ends.

Also, his tracking evasion comes from his ability to codify all systems, including his computer and IP as well as what he uses to get onto the internet, etc.

As for his 'cloaking'; its simply a live-edit software program that he wrote himself. It essentially makes it impossible for anyone to see his face in any livestreams he commits, and de-registers anything remotely 'human' about him [if he even is human], leaving nothing but his humanoid form and clothing.

Well, what Spindle told you is a good way to start, but the only major arc currently left is the Inquisitor invasion arc in Washington DC, and that'll likely come to a close before long. If you'd still like to involve yourself though, I'm sure a way could be found. You could also simply make a post about your character going about her day to day business. Establish her as a character, so to speak. Show her personality and how she handles diverse situations, stuff like that. Maybe even make your own dangerous situation, heroic stunt, or one-hit villain to introduce your character.

You might want to take a look at other people's intro posts to get an idea of what to do.

Hero, though he is easily riled if you disrespect Japan or mock his honor or culture. He comes from the Warring states era. where Samurai were no longer mere skilled thugs but honorable warriors.

All you fellas with hacking characters, myself included to an extent, keep in mind that hacking is by no means an instantaneous process--unless you actually have tech powers. Your chars should not be able to hack into every single hero's communications with a few taps of their keyboard and a few minutes. Hacking takes time, like all other things, and hacking should generally not take place from one side of the country to another as well. I'll let it go this time, but I will not in the future. Also, people don't take too kindly to being hacked all the time. To get messages from one hero to another, the best way to do so is through Capestagram. #HeroesAssemble, let's say.

Would "Technological Constructs" count for this? It basically allows him to improve and create technology, which works for him as "understanding" it. From the app

Biography: Eva's Old Sister, and sibling Rival, she was a bit more acceptive of the corruption the family gained through it's political Agenda. Both Eva and Sandra wanted to strike out as heroes when they were older, so, Despite their attitude towards one another, they trained together growing up, which in a way pushed both of them to try to be better then the other. While Eva Abandoned the family, Sandra remained to finish her training. Now that she has finished, and using the family's funds, she has struck out to become a Hero, to bring more positive fame to the Family.

She bought out North Star Industries, a Tech company that mostly produced equipment under contract for the Government. She was quick to expand the business into new fields, opening more funding and developing new technologies, giving her a stable source of income to reach her goals. Over the past year she personally over saw the development and construction of the Advanced Combat Sentinel, what became her suit of armour. She was finally prepped and ready to start working to become a Hero.

• Peak Human Condition: Due to her training, Sandra has gained over all Peak human condition. Specifically she is peak in Strength, Endurance, and Agility.
  
• Powered Armour: Outfitted with tech to boost her Mobility, Strength, and Durability. The armour is also equipped with tasers and grappling hooks mounted to the wrist. The suit also has a secure connection to North Star Industries secure Network.

Weaknesses

• Weakness to EMP: Most of her tech will be shut down if hit by an EMP, however her suit does have a back-up power source restore basic functions, She loses the enhanced mobility and strength and equipment, however, As well as the connection to the Network.
  
• Head On: As stated in her Personality mostly attacks head on, leaving her open to ambush
  
• Reliance: Due to lack of any real power, she relies on her technology to work
