I was actually very interested in a superhero based on a religion. However, I only know of religions objectively- I have no faith. I would leave it up to someone that can properly champion their specific religion.

Y'know, back in the day supervillains would show respect for us superheroes. Nowadays, it's all: "Tragic backstory" this and "Complex but justified motivations" that. It was so much simpler when the bad guys were obviously bad guys.

Although I do intend to have Jasmine's super-name be Lilith once she gets around to doing it professionally (Or, more often than when she's underneath the alien portal). Perhaps they could have a...meeting.

Although I am also planning on having her end up as a full Old One/more stable hybrid version at some point. Which could make things more interesting if they ever meet, because I'm going to base a lot of her powers off of Lilith from the Bible...so how do you feel about calling your character Samael?

I'm not actually a Christian, but I'm a follower of abrahamic religions and The Salvatore will be based on my personal faith and it will have a suit made from wrought iron-silver alloy that is microetched by fractals of holy scriptures from Torah, Bible, and Quran. I'm naming it Salvatore, but I do have another draft of a girl that is a host of a being that is far more powerful than she is (and possibly has angelic origin). I'm planning on naming the girl or the separate entity within her Uriel
