Okay I just tried to read through the IC and wow do you guys know how to write, it's basically already a novel

Could someone give me a summary?

an interdimensional alien race has come to try and purge technology from earth. They have begun by attacking DC, but many heroes and villains (antiheroes) have shown up to stop them. Inquisitors flood the city, but are being dispatched by the heroes. There is word that some of the villains may ally with the inquisitors, but they haven't shown up yet, At the center of DC lie a rift. The Brain, along with Hell Chaser and many other heroes, are working to close the rift, so that they can cut off the invasion and then finish off the remaining inquisitors.

In Pandora city, zoo animals are still rampaging after being superpowered by a xantheian pulse. Weatherman is causing trouble in the city. Heroes have charged in to stop them, including a group known for despising heroes and villains, The Agency. Tempest, a hero with weather powers as well, has come down to challenge Weatherman mano y mano.

Property values are declining throughout the world as heroes and villains destroy every single city in their wake.

Simply put: D.C.'s being invaded by magical aliens, Pandora City's zoo has been emptied of it's now-mutated stock and the city itself is about to be hit by a tsunami-wield madman. Any questions?

When you realize that, while it seems like too many world changing disasters are happening at once, statistically this many disasters would have to happen in contemporary superhero media, both due to the rapidity of events that superheroes in comics/movies must go through, and due to the sheer number of various heroes present at any time! There wouldn't be this many if there was no need!

I now have an idea for a soldier from one of the various wars, that survived the war adn then gained powers into his eighties or something. He will be that one old guy who is getting robbed then beats up all 7 of his would be attackers.

Personality: Loyal, traditional, honorable.

Biography: He was born in the 1500's to the Son of aspiring Shogun Nobunaga Oda. Unfortunately he was unable to see his Grandfathers work, but he was taken in by a famous Samurai who served one of his grandfathers retainers. Even to this day the name of Hattori Hanzo is known by many. Hanzo raised him and turned him into a warrior of much renown, He did not fight in any of the major battles to establish Japan as a shogunate, but he helped to enforce its rule. Even though Hanzo raised him he kept the name he had been given, to carry on the name and legacy of his father and grandfather.

It was as he lay on his death bed at the age of 87 that he gained his powers. It was quite by accident, his eldest son brought in a ceremonial Odachi that had laid in a Shrine by an ancestor. He was to preform Seppuku with it, for an honorable death. This had been the custom passed to him by his Samurai master. His son and his few remaining family members cleared the room, He pierced his stomach as was the custom, but he felt strange. The wound did not feel painful nor did it feel like he was dying. It felt warm, a gentle warmth and as he looked down he noticed a green glow where the sword met his stomach, this is how his curse began.

The Sword made him nearly immortal, he could not die of old age, nor of self inflicted injuries, but he was stuck in his old body. He has lived on defending his county throughout the centuries. During the Meiji era when the Samurai were removed as being the only force with weapons he fought against it. Despite his reluctance to serve a country so different from what he knew, he still was loyal. However that slightly changed during World War II, He left Japan when the Emperor chose to attack Pearl harbor, he knew what it would bring to Japan. Though he urged Hirohito he was not able to stop him, so he left, He did not side with any of the other sides, he simply left and went into hiding. While saddened by the destruction of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, he had warned the Emperor and it was at that time he washed his hands of his former country.

In the decades since he has been travelling the world, he recently settled in America. He lives in no specific city, but has houses in every city with a Chinatown like district. He fought during the Xantheian invasion like so many, and he drew much attention, but he disappeared as soon as the battle ended leaving him a mystery. Many who fought against the Xantheians may recognize his figure from the newscasts.Recently he was in DC for the funeral of a friend he helped during 1986 when the Chinatown district was growing among other things.

Powers/Abilities:

• Supernatural condition: His body is simply put superior to normal humans. He has superhuman reflexes, endurance, flexibility, instincts, senses, and stamina to name a few. He is above average in strength and stamina as well. He is more durable than a normal human, but still his skin can't stop knives or bullets, not counting the durability of his armor.
• Healing Factor: He heals quickly from most types of injuries, there are limits however.
• Magical Item Creation: He can summon a Japanese bladed weapon of nearly any type. He can also create a suit of Samurai armor, that is both lighter and more durable than one would think.

Weaknesses

• Overpowering superiority: While he does possess superior aspects, he cannot run very fast. He does possess above average strength, but it is still within the bounds of peak human strength. His reflexes can brake the sound barrier but his body as a whole is incapable of doing so. He also can't heal too many wounds at once, reattaching a limb (not including the head) is the max he can do without outside help.
• Man From a Different time: He does not care for modern laws, and as a result he might get in trouble with law enforcement from time to time. This also means that although he has lived for a long time he cares not for money or Technology, for the most part.
• Magical Origins: All of his abilities come from the magical Odachi. If he is separated from that, he will be severely weakened. Also anything that negates magic is extremely effective towards him. Though, his body still would possess his attributes from when he was younger, should the magic get removed.

Equipment: What he creates using his powers, though mostly he uses the Odachi that cursed him with the existence he has.

Likes: Japan, Food, the Tokugawa era and things related to it.
Dislikes: What modern society has done to the image of Samurai's, Japan, thieves, and the dishonorable.

At the moment they're fairly evenly balanced: D.C. is in need of a more mystical.arcane hero right now whereas Pandora just needs someone who can kick the crap out of mutants. Basically, just throw him wherever you think is the best place for him to go story-wise.
