There several teams of two patrolling the grounds. Two are also confronting Cody Breckenridge on the road in front of the main entrance.

I think it was repaired quite extensively two years ago (2014), with regular maintenance from then on (until shit really hit the fan) it wouldn't breakdown for a while.
