If it's in the city, probably not. They'd probably have a firing base / range outside of London somewhere. It's like how my time has a Reservist base but they don't actually have any ammunition there. They have a base outside of town where they take cadets, etc to do live-fire exercises, etc. Though you might find small-arms, since it's London and they'd need rapid reaction forces, etc in case anything happened. And the police there are armed anyways in a lot of areas.

Eventually they became violent towards the two younger members, leading to the death of the small child. Chloé managed to escape, before they began to eat her. Now that she wanders London, she searches for another pack to become part of, now that the last one had fallen apart.
