MILITARY
Military Description(Tactics, training, etc.): Arguably among the forefront of modern warfare since the inception of the steam engine in the late 1400s, and many of the final victories and securing of the Gibraltar is owed to a steam powered navy. Hardened with centuries of conflict, they are experts in using terrain and just about any resource to their advantage. Their tenacity is only limited by their understanding of technology and the terrain in which they would fight in. They usually are the ones who'll take the offensive, and whether they win (or on a rare day) lose, they'll at least put down some light roads for you in the countryside. Isn't that nice of them?
Army(Include active duty, reserves, etc.): 135,000 total members around 12,000 active members, widely diversified with artillery, infantry, and cavalry
Navy(Include number of marines and ships, etc.): A well rounded fleet, the true gem of the Spanish armed forces. Slow moving but heavily armored supply ships with medium to small swift gunboats as escort.
Elite Units: (Quote related) "It's not the legions who wins the war, nor the leader who commands them, it's logistics. Efficiency is what brings victory. It's not enough to conquer, we must control!" - Don Gaspar Téllez-Girón, commander during the War of the Portuguese Succession, and many, many colonial conquests. The Spaniards pride themselves on their horsemen and cannons. Her conquistadors were what secured the vast swaths of land to the Spanish Crown, and their falanges montados (mounted phalanxes), provide the swift and organized onslaught that overwhelms nearly any force, infantry, artillery, or cavalry. Centuries of winning back strongholds in their homelands taught the Spaniards the importance of artillery and modern siege tactics. But the most powerful unit in the Spanish Armed Forces is not on horseback, or behind a cannon. It's the Combat Engineer. Borrowing tactics from the ancient Romans and applying modern technology to it, the Spaniards realize that conquering land is pointless if you're unable to keep the land, and the ability to construct fortifications and roads for supplies are skills that can mean victory or defeat in the long run. The heavy investment into industrial production will enable the Spanish army to keep the boys at the front fighting, no matter where they are.

You have no economic description. Apart from that, miles better than your first app and definitely will be accepted after you add that one thing.

Other co-ops don't seem to be updating the OP, so it's hard to keep track sometimes.
