You know, you are the third person to register a Chi-Ha in my RP. Not that I won't approve it by the tank alone, but you'd have to ask my Co-OP on this. He's using a Chi-Ha too. :V

Other than that, a bit more work on the girls' biographies and you're good to go. In particular, Rauschen's tank club is just one day old, with no prior news of the school setting one up. There's no way your team would have known it'll have one, or that they'll join the European Tournament.

I can use a different tank if it's a problem.

Yeah, I wasn't sure how much you wanted for the bios. I'll expand them tomorrow

Would the Type 5 Chi-Ri be an all right replacement? A prototype was developed and produced, albeit unarmed, before the war ended in August of '45, so I think it is still in regulation

I'm relatively certain that this is the only place where people WANT Japanese tanks.

That said, a large tank with minimal armor is something that I am OK with, considering it all.

The Type 5 would have supposedly been a match for the Sherman. I know Japanese tanks have a reputation for being sub par, but I give them love.

25–75 millimetres of armor, apparently, and this was the mock-up.

All due respect, but, uh...yeah. I am unsure that being a match for a Sherman is a good thing, when you are going against Tigers, Pershings, and Elefants.

Speaking of which, I'll get a post up tomorrow.

Please don't start.

I've always been a fan of Japanese tanks, due to how they were thought out despite lack of funding in their research.

This is barely bigger than a Sherman. And when you have superb gun depression, yes, it can be a good thing.

Don't be such a Westaboo, Eastern stuff can still go toe-to-toe in different situations.

Eh. I've just always found that less armor is bad when you have big-arse tanks against but, you suit yourselves. It's all the same to me; in fact, it's better for me.

In all honesty, the tanks were good for the environments they were in. Small and light, when in a jungle environment, is good, though a big bad when the armor is paper and the enemy has naval support, artillery support, and generally good amounts of anti-tank guns. Kind of a pity.

If it's all right with the OP, I may only add to my commander's bio, as she will likely be the focus of my post's. That isn't to say the others won't be important, however, I don't feel as if they're histories are as important as their behaviour in the RP itself.

I'm generally bad at backstories xD although I can add to all of theirs if you want me to.

It's what happens when only one branch of your military gets all the attention.

In the early stages the Army had the upper hand (as seen in rather good designs such as the Chi-Ha and Ha-Go) but after the Pacific Campaign began and Pearl Harbor, the navy was the 'real investment'.

In any case, the Japanese tanks were good for vehicles that were made without much support.

The other member is (presumably) for the machine gun, which is not permitted (I believe)

I also combined the role of commander and radio operator

That bio makes even less sense than the previous one. Can you explain why Haruhi and co were sent to Rauschen, or Europe at all? Was it just so they could join a tank club and the EuroTournament? ._.

Nationality: Japanese
Ethnicity: Japanese
Personality: Shy and soft spoken, Haruhi might not seem like an obvious choice as a Sensha-do commander. However, behind her sweet and shy appearance, Haruhi is a tactical genius who commands the respect of her team.
Biography:

The eldest daughter of one of Japan's most respected tankery schools, Haruhi's formative years were spent on the family estate learning the rules not only of Sensha-do, but also etiquette, shogi, go, and haiku. Haruhi grew up the perfect lady, a master of the art of tankery and the finer arts of Japan. Upon entering the Chihatan Academy, Haruhi joined the Sensha-do club and spent two years with the club until her mother decided to send her to Europe's Rauschen Girls High School, despite them not having a Tank Club. Haruhi's mother believed that if they got a Sensha-do Club off the ground, the experience of participating in the European Tournament would give Haruhi experience to return to Chihatan and make them a Championship worthy school. Haruhi dutifully went off to Prussia, unsure if her new school would even have a Tank Club when she arrived.

Name: Yamanka Hikari
Age : 17
Role: Gunner
Appearance/Pic:
Nationality: Japanese
Ethnicity: Japanese
Personality: Loud, cheerful, and gregarious, Hikari is the virtual opposite of her best friend, Haruhi. Whilst not as brilliant as Haruhi, Hikari more than makes up for her lack of intelligence with her beautiful looks and battlefield instinct.
Biography: The Yamanka clan as followed the Nara clan in the tradition of Sensha-do for generations, and even before the introduction of tankery they served the Nara in the ways of battle. Hikari naturally followed Haruhi when she decided to join the European tournament as her loyal gunner, eager to assist her friend.

Name: Kujo Reimi
Age :16
Role: Loader
Appearance/Pic:
Nationality: American
Ethnicity: Japanese-American
Personality: Goofy, quick to crack a joke, and all around likeable, Reimi combines a laid back attitude with the hard work of the team's loader
Biography: The daughter of an American mother and Japanese father, Reimi spent most of her life in the United States before moving to Japan in high-school to learn the art of tankery. A friend of Misa, Reimi decided to go to Europe because it sounded like a fun time.

Name: Yoshikage Misa
Age : 15
Role: Driver
Appearance/Pic:

Nationality: Japanese
Ethnicity: Japanese
Personality: Obsessive, loud, and the your typical Otaku, Misa is also a brilliant engineer with intricate knowledge of tanks, making her the ideal individual to drive Stag Team
Biography: Reimi's best friend, Misa is an Otaku with many hobbies, tankery being her main obsession. While she isn't a tactician like Haruhi or a soldier like Hikari, Misa knows tanks in and out and wanted to go with Reini and Stag Team in order to learn more from the European tank schools.

That bio makes even less sense than the previous one. Can you explain why Haruhi and co were sent to Rauschen, or Europe at all? Was it just so they could join a tank club and the EuroTournament? ._.

Well yeah, they want to participate in the EuropeanTournament to bring back the secrets of European Tankery back to Japan and make Chihatan Academy they new champs

Really it's just an excuse to have a team of Japanese girls in a European school

This is true. The bow machine gunner is also the radio operator.

They say that in the great wars of NS Summer, there was one who did not fight with blood, but with iron. They named this one the Master of Tanks, and the thunderous sound of cannon and the rattling of machine guns could be heard far and wide, the crossroads before the capital of CotM being defended by this valiant one until it stood alone. Shitposters layed in droves, and entire army having been slain by the might of Sonitusia, Master of Tanks, Commandant of Iron, and Slinger of Shells.

So should I just jump in, or do I need a primer for what is going on in the IC?

Up to you. Right now, we're about to start the practice match and the last call just left with Phobos Team. If you want to post now, you can harass look up Henna on her way back to the student council office. Otherwise, just wait it out, though it's going to take a while...

EDIT: I suggest posting.
