Well lucky you man. I'm 6'1 and 149.9 and I can't get drunk even when drinking a full keg of whisky.

That wouldnt exactly be accurate, as not everything contained in Alcohol is detrimental to ones system some can even help a little bit. Most likely the immunity would filter out the actual contaminants while still allowing that which could help. Or it would lessen it to where it wouldn't harm the body but still be able to be processed with no ill effects. So Plausibly she would in theory still be able to be affected by alcohol.

No. Alcohol from alcohol is classified as a contaminate. Anything that should not naturally be in ones system is a contaminate. Alcohol is not meant to be in the human body therefore it is a contaminate

I am talking about the alcohol part of alcoholic beverages.
