Weight manipulation(self):The ability to alter one's own weight. Same effects as when used on others.
Alteration of directional gravity:Allows the user to alter the direction of gravity for one object at a time. This causes objects to fly towards or away from that direction depending on their weight.
Creation of a centeralized gravitational field:The ability to create a field of gravity which can overwrite Earth's gravity. Can potentially allow objects to orbit the user if they enter the field with enough velocity. Field weakens before terminating at approximately 3 meters. Putting larger objects into orbit often leads to self injury.
SKILLS:Basic coding skills, knowledge of random trivia(common misconceptions in particular).
WEAKNESS:Very disorganized and forgetful, bad endurance.
GOALS:To make games for a living.
FEARS:Heights, isolation, the distortion of reality.

BIO:Derek was born in western Kentucky to a family of variants. Since birth, he was able to control gravity, a power which led to many broken ceilings(among other things). He eventually learned to control his powers as he was entering second grade, and subsequently used it to become the second most popular kid in school, landing a spot as second fiddle to guy who could breathe smoke. Once he got to middle school, he was nowhere near top dog. He became just another face in the crowd, for he had reached the point in his life where nobody gave a shit about variants.
He laid low throughout middle school, getting average grades and not standing out too much. Eventually, his parents moved to Seattle due to the lack of good high schools in his hometown and his brothers acceptance to a nearby college. He went through the first part of his freshman year without incident until he received an email from a stranger telling him to meet at an old warehouse.

I was wondering if anybody would notice that... I just put it in there because if I want to laugh that's the first thing I fall back on (I've watched that scene about 50 times in the last two days); also Easter Egg: I'd give you a present but I don't have anything- hindsight is 20/20, unless it needs contacts- in that case it's 20/30.
