Hey, there, people! If there's any room here, can I join the RP? It's my first time using this character, so I might be a little shaky with the bio and stuff.

Name: Oliyja Faraday (pronounced like Elijah, but with an O)

Role onboard Cygnus: Mercenary/Crew Drill Sergeant
Skills: Trained in close combat and military strategy

Weapons: Main: Grenade launcher Close Combat: Concealed knife

Personality: Confrontational, emotionally guarded, but surprisingly sympathetic.
Likes: Variety, Planet XC-10092 (her favorite vacation spot), card games, battles
Dislikes: Slugs, cold weather, thunderstorms, gangs

Bio: Hired by the captain of the Cygnus to keep the crew prepared and trained for combat. In case any of the "Finis scum" decide to board the ship, Oliyja is prepared to take them down in any way possible.

She was born and raised in a colony on the moon Titan. She has two older sisters, by whom she was taught how to defend herself. Oliyja's family was killed by a notorious gang after they refused to pay for the gang's protection. She became a hired gun at only age 14, when she decided that she wasn't going to let her training go to waste like it did when the gang attacked.

Oliyja considers the Cygnus to be just another job, but maybe loyalties to her crewmates can change that disinterest.

But keep in mind that we have no idea what the Finis look like. We know there are REALLY big Finis, but we're not sure about smaller Finis.

And has anyone figured out the meaning of the name for this arc?

Well... the Swan is the Cygnus... the hawk possibly the Black Sparrow (I know it doesn't make an sense) or maybe the Finis- or Whisper in general (as they will now be hunting them, a hawk's a hunter)... the Finale, showdown at High Noon between Whisper and the Cygnus, or just the Black Sparrow and the Cygnus. *shrugs*
