Yes, I can summarize what happened but it probably won't be up until sometime this evening as I'm at school now and will stay after for a presentation.

No. SHAD has already assumed to have been formed just for the sake of keeping IC things consistent.

Well, in the team history, I pointed out that team SHAD was created following after the Dance Arc (with Hannah secretly upset about having someone two years younger than her lead the team, but this is for the sake of inner conflict and character development). But for the sake of keeping the IC consistent, I'll go with the assumption that the team had been formed already (that is if you wish for that to happen instead).
