I do want to note that Savannah's only been at Beacon for.. 4 days, as of the current arc, if that might complicate things.

Hannah's secret disagreement with Savannah's rank as team leader is for the sake of interesting character development and interaction both individually and as a team. While as nationstates, I have nothing against you, it would be just boring for a 2nd year Beacon Academy Student to easily allow for a 1st Year Student to become leader so easily, and like you said, your character (Savannah) has only been at Beacon for four days. Fortunately, Hannah (my character) is probably the only serious opposition that is brewing secretly within the newly founded team SHAD, with my other character (Ashley) being a much more forgiving person from the inside out (and I'm sure Onyx would be the same as well).

A few questions:

1. Is "Tanith Grey" are some variation of that name with in accepted boundaries.
2. Can they have an Irish Accent, because reasons.
3. If one were to not have a weapon with multiple forms, would a pair of weapons that complement each other be acceptable, AE: Rifle and side arm?
4. I would like to think there is a limit on bullet caliber, as to avoid some one running around with a 35mm auto cannon.

I also have an Idea for a semblance similar to "Eagle Vision" From the Assassins Creed games, I am wondering if such a thing, or something like it, would be acceptable.

Most of his usual behavior however revolves around him faking his happiness or under a mask of constant calm with a lot of snark. Should someone get to know him properly, they would know that something is constantly eating at him, however he never shared it with anyone.
Contrarily to what one would think, he does fight against his own depression using his own means, he has a mental fortitude far exceeding what one would think and perseveres well beyond what is usually good for his health.
Appearance: Oliver dresses rather casually and is usually lacking a sense of style, due to his liking of comfortable clothes before stylish ones.
He wears an almost all black, blue and sometimes red outfit that seems to fit only him. A black/red shirt is usually under a blue sweatshirt type vest that bears a number on the back that seem to bear no actual significance. His pants are sports or hiking ones, more often the latter, black ones of course.
His physical features aren't very detailed, he has some muscle but hardly anything that could consider him muscly.
He has shoulder length brownish blond hair, usually held back by some bobby pins or in a very small ponytail, and dark brown eyes.
COMBAT INFORMATION
Weapon: Canne D'Arme
Appearance: Looks like a rather regular cane.
Capabilities: The cane can separate itself from its other end is linked to it by a chain, additionally, given the cane is quite sturdy and resistant from being made of Snakewood, it can withstand most blows from most weapons and can easily stop bullets should Oliver see it coming.
The cane is also quite heavy, making wielding it for anyone other than himself very difficult.

Semblance: Switch

Using his semblance, Oliver switches positions with his target, it works as long as he channeled it enough and has the target in his line of sight.
However, he can also switch other people or objects assuming they have around the same shape or weight. This is generally bypassed when he uses it on himself. However it doesn't come without cons.
The semblance itself, while not extremely aura dependent on its own when used scarcely, can get to aura depleting levels when used one too many times, due to the fact it scales.
It uses the Fibonacci sequence for reference.
0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, 144%... Etc.

Of course, it doesn't go up to 144% but it's simply to illustrate how many uses he would have available.
The usual range is about fifty meters.
