Backstory (Optional): Originally taught by a master on Coruscant, the young Fer Meran travelled with his master to several different hotspots. He soon felt the strong division between the Jedi Order from his home and his comrades who fought and died beside him.
Growing up in battle Fer eventually tried to convince his master to become a Jedi Lord. The two quarreled and soon became hostile with one another. At age 19 Fer was elevated to the full status of Jedi Knight and left the side of his master. Taking his own apprentice Fer launched attacks against Sith positions alongside several different republic forces in the galactic northeast. Gaining mild fame was bittersweet in the end when his padawan was killed by a sith sent specifically to dispatch Fer.
While Fer managed to slay the sith he never truly recovered from the loss of his closest friend and the person he felt responsible to protect. Watching her die at 22 years of age Fer changed.
He completely changed his persona. With an elite guard of republic troopers the new Jedi Lord Mael Razarac asserted his control over the planets he had liberated. He was welcomed and considered a hero by the people. Within the following year he established his closest supporters as lords over individual planets and became the highlord of 20 inhabited worlds. Shortly after this his old master returned to see what had become of his padawan.
In the short but violent confrontation between the two after disagreeing about the new laws used in governing of the people under Razarac. His master considered them oppressive and violent, however they had brought peace and easy unification to the planets. As the two squabbled Razarac focused on painful memories of his master's past and went so far as to remind him of lives he could have saved if only he had tried to be a better jedi.
In an instant the two began fighting, sabers crackling as they connected. Razarac's guards sprinted in and leveled their weapons waiting for a chance to save their liege. They never got the chance, as their high lord swept his saber through him killing him.
Later the man would be officially considered a fallen jedi.

Major Locations: Razarac, named after High lord Razarac it is his capital, it was renamed, from Handooine, after him upon him becoming a Jedi Lord.
Saleucami, An outer world in Razaracki Seleucami is a diverse world used mostly in the production of medical and technological supplies.
The Wheel, the best known space station in the galaxy (only because no one has built the deathstar yet) with massive casinos and hangars for ships, the Wheel is a massive trade hub and the main commercial center for Razaracki.
Some other places that are still important but not as much are, Anzat a former Sith friendly world, New Holstice an urban world often used by republic forces for it's massive and well developed hospitals, Roche Asteroid Field the Roche Asteroid field has many foundries and shipwrights, Aargon a mostly arid world rich in natural resources, and Jabiim a continuously shifting mud world with great amounts of natural resources.
Description of Faction: A rigid Jedi Lord Domain, with a Hammurabi style of just though brutal law.
Description of Forces: Made up of multiple species the forces of the High lord are called the Dominion Guard. Few in number they were created to aide any Planetary defense fight and the republic within the borders other Dominion. The Greatest of the Dominion Guard are the High Lord's Own, or the Lord's Guard, they wield vibro blade halberds along with their blaster carbines and are excellent in acrobatic combat. The Planetary Defense forces are much larger though poorer trained and outfitted than the Dominion Guard. They are defense but really are just reserves for the Dominion Guard.
Affiliation: as one of the Jedi lords, the Razaracki domino is currently aligned with the republic. However their is no love lost between the dominion and the Republic.

I'm at 3.86 GB I get canceled out at 4 GB so it depends. If I do go dark for some reason you can CO tinues the RP and I can improvise when I get access again next Monday. I don't wanna hold everyone else's RP's back because of my circumstances.

Someone said Sith records, but I doubt they had records on it's location. I think he needs to do serious RP to meet the Kaminoans and then some just to get them to agree to clone his army for him. It costed a fortune IIRC for the clones themselves and instantly made them known, it'd also require years of secret cloning since the Kaminoans said it took decades or centuries something like that to perfect their cloning techniques for the Repuics clones in the CW's. Not to mention, the fact, the Jedi didn't notice force sensitive disappearing alongside the other Sith. And since he's not cloning force sensitive, I can only assume he's making those 2,000 into an army, which I feel will be used as borderline power playing to conquer territory and beat others without properly RP'ng those actions first.

Land: 10 Guardians (Force Sensitive Lightsaber wielding but too weak in the force to be considered jedi or sith, they just sense a force sensitive's presence and can commune with High Lord Razarac) 800 High Lord Guardsmen
Naval:1 battle cruiser, 2 Destroyers, 3 frigates, 5 freighters and around 100 fighters
Planetary Defense Forces:
Land: 20 Low Jedi Lords, all 20 lords armies combined approaches 300,000 troops. including some heavy weaponry.
Naval: The combined lords' navies-5 carriers, 8 light carriers, 3 battle cruisers, 6 battleships 8 cruisers, 38 destroyers, 67 Frigates, ~100 corvettes, 1000+ freighters of various construct.

Each lord of each planet has control over his PDF, though he can be overruled by Razarac.
