Yeah, I really don't know what I want to do with it. Keeping it would give me power over the Jedi but it would also be a pain in the ass to guard, destroying it would fuck the Jedi over but it would also not let me make more powerful lasers. What do you think? I also thought of attempting to hire/conquer the kaminoans to make me an army

What I think is there is no way a Sith incursion into Ilum won't be met with the full force of a major Republic fleet.

There are some worlds the Republic will fight for, shitty as the galaxy is right now.

The chance of a super laser is just icing on the cake, whether or not it's possible isn't as important as the financial possibilities

The financial part is fine. But no. I sincerely doubt the OP would just let you destroy a very important planet. And I'm not too sure that he would be okay with you having a superweapon this early in the RP.

Even the Sith Empire needed the Sun Razer to build the Silencer and that was just one ship.

OOooh, the silencer?
I helped complete that in SWTOR.
As the trooper, I believe I also got to take down another superweapon...

A fuck ton of carefully placed explosives that would essentially alter the planet forever, kinda like what happened with Mustafar except with more booms

There are other planets that produce them. Not on the scale of Illum, but still. Even then, the Jedi could fall back on to the Force Sword of old.

Even then, they would be loosing their largest supplier, and lightsabers would be harder and harder to come by, also force swords aren't nearly as powerful

There also is the fact the Saber crystals can be made synthetically.

IN lore, so far only the red ones have, but this isn't Cannon.

Mustafar's volcanic nature is the result of natural processes. It was more habitable until a few centuries before the Clone Wars.

Once a lush green world, Mustafar was home to a Jedi Enclave built around 5300 BBY. Jedi Master Chu-Gon Dar, an individual whose mastery of physical Force was unmatched, also lived there.[3] He created a unique Force-sensitive object while on the planet known as the Chu-Gon Dar cube which was used to both channel and manipulate the physical Force to alter the physical properties of an item placed inside it. However, in 3996 BBY, the resurgent Sith wished to exterminate the Jedi, and so a climactic battle took place on the planet. This battle was so intense that one of the nearby gas giants was pulled into its current location by the Force, starting the gravitational tug-of-war. The environmental hazards caused by this forced the Jedi to abandon their temples on the planet.[3] This caused all knowledge of Chu-Gon's cube to be lost. Mustafar would also be the home of the Force organization the Blackguard.

Actually, Luke's green crystal was synthetic. At least in the legends. Which we are using so, yeah. Those are only red because the Sith made them and put Dark Side energy into them, or something like that. Jedi prefer natural crystals because they try to be closer to nature/the force.

Centuries ago, a cataclysmic eruption destroyed all Mustafarian settlements except for Fralideja.

It was habitable to at least have industrial cities across the planet before this, and this was long after that conflict.

The eruption was an effect of the terraforming resulting from the gravity change.

But thousands of years later.

My ultimate point is bombs didn't do that to Mustafar.

No, it was the original cataclysm that altered Mustafar to what it was today, and then a volcano added to the destruction

I'll look into sending some aids to the Sith meeting. Thanks for telling me, homie! Today, I'll introduce my other characters, apply for Doot, and build some lore on Thanos and the Taldot sector. It's sparsely populated as far as sectors go (I'm basing it off of Naboo), but it's abundance of uninhabited star systems gives Zant Mining and Industrial a plethora of materials, money, and research and development areas.

Also, you people need to chill with trying to "win" the roleplay. Just have fun, guys.

Right :P

I have a plot in mind, not one to dominate the Galaxy, though.

Also, my star fleet will be revealed later. It's exceptionally powerful yet hilarious and simple. It will be surprising to some.
