Plus, if it turns out we actually like Radis, at some point he can come back to life. He could go to hell and pick up some weird moves

That's he's a huge cowardly prick who was forced to work for Eis? Like I said in my edit, the least he could do is die and go to hell, get wished back later with some interesting moves

Hey Gurori, I don't mind that Radis spilled the news that he works for Eis and Glacies, but he wouldn't know anything about the inevitable invasion. I would appreciate it, though, if he doesn't mention Glacia's connexion. I want that to be a dramatic reveal

Would now be an okay time to introduce Kangan as the first minor villain?

Seems good to me. The invasion isn't for another few days, so if it helps your characters pass the time I don't see the hard. I consider it professional foreshadowing

Yeah, we like to do that here. From Glacies' perspective the Prince is a terrorist. I feel a little bad telling you this, given that it seems like a cool revenge plot, but unfortunately he won't be the one to kill Glacies. That honour belongs to Kuro, and Eis will be felled by his sister.

However, on that note, I think I might have a good plan for Heliem and Glacia for a future team-up

Oh, I already know that I am not relevant enough for that yet. Heleim is just as much against the Saiyans, PTO or not, as he is against the Arcosian leadership, so I might try to snatch a few hits there, too.

Glacia and Heleim both despise Glacies for obvious reasons, and they have a lot of commonalities. I was thinking a partnership in running the PTO after Glacies dies. They would pick up the pieces of the corporation. I'm setting Glacia up as a villain in a later saga, anyway.

We're going to have to up the body count in this Saga, I think. All will be revived (this is Dragon Ball, of course). But given that he is a failure, Radis will die first. In captivity, in front of his "friends" when they go to challenge Glacies at the lookout.

Glacia will die fighting her Father later in the Saga as well

I don't think Heleim is evil or cold-blooded enough to run a galaxy-spanning empire that actively exterminates species in the name of money. Sure, he's bloodlusted when it comes to revenge, but he does it for the honor of his species, not for fun or for dough.

Glacia will still offer it to him, of course. Such a refusal could spur a bit of a rivalry
