The current Villian is an Arcosian named Glacies, (All cold puns), and a few others such as Eis (Not related to Eis Shenron) and Glacia, who is currently with the heroes, but planning to betray. You can play as almost any race you want, except Saiyans since we have too many.

The next Sagag is about to begin, and is similar to the Namek/Frieza Saga. In terms of villains, I'm RPing the equivalent of Frieza, but we do need some lesser villains, think the Ginyu Force or Zarbon and Dadoria

There's also a Namekian wandering across Earth who is the son of one of this saga's villains.

Gurori, I don't think the King Yemma analogue is that important at the moment. It's probably just best to send them to North Kai. Koto can say they are an exception to the rule, given their heroic deaths

Her name isn't just a reference to her gender, it's Japanese for death.

So she's technically called Empress Death.

Would it be possible to play as someone who fights not with his strength, but via his brain and the superior technology? I'm thinking of a Tuffle survivor.

That would work to a certain level, just be aware that if you do this your character's technology might soon be unable to combat our heroes.

Suppose you're right there.

Although in this roleplay, the Saiyans stayed on Planet Salad and never went to Planet Plant so I'm not sure if a tuffle survivor would work.

So I wrote a synopsis for the Saga. Hope you like it

The Saga began when Anna, Hikari, and Kuro met the wandering swordsmen Kotagon looking for their grandfather, a legendary martial-arts master who died five years previously. Not long after Kotagon's arrival, the four met the mysterious alien known to them as Glacia. After a brief battle, Hikari showed Glacia the Dragon Ball his grandfather left them, hoping she had some answers. Knowing what it was, the five of them began their quest. Still early in the journey, the five met the young Eyo--who also possessed a Dragon Ball--and the alien Markeli, of the same species as Glacia. Before the heroes had time to process everything, they were taken by Earth's Guardian Koto. Unbeknownst to the heroes, a powerful warrior name Radis landed on Earth with orders from Glacia's brother to collect the Dragon Balls for himself. Radis made an alliance with Kulele, the evil half of Koto. They heroes trained for two days in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber before setting off to fight the two villains. Meanwhile, another warrior named Tabbis arrived on Earth as well as a young girl named Parsni. Upon meeting the heroes, Radis explained that they were not humans, but were actually members of the once powerful race known as Saiyans, and he is the brother of Hikari and Parsni. A massive battle ensued, in which Anna and Kotagon were killed and Radis' pod destroyed by Tabbis as the Saiyan escaped. Unknown to the heroes, Glacia's father and brother are on their way to Earth, seeking revenge for the defeat of Radis.

Speaking of ascending, what should our new power levels be? For the Arcosians, I can't see a big boost happening, but the Saiyans have that pesky zenkai plot device lol

Oh, During the fight with Eis, Glacia will reach her second form to beat him. Just a fair warning for sweet, sweet justice

CHARACTER APPLICATION

Name: Prince Heleim

Age: 30

Race: Tuffle

Power Level: 5

Appearance: http://vignette4.wikia.nocookie.net/dra ... 0429022806

Good/Neutral/Evil: Neutral, I guess - he's fairly kind and selfless, but he is completely hostile to anyone with Saiyan blood, and would kill one at a glance. Even the greatest mutual threat might not be enough for him to trust one.

Abilities: Ultra Armor: Heleim wears a suit of experimental Tuffle Ultra Armor - a universal battle suit that can easily be likened to a weapon of mass destruction. It was produced right before the Saiyan attack, but the development took too much time and thus only a single prototype was built - the one which Heleim wears. The Ultra Armor suit drastically heighten's the user's speed, strength, endurance and reflexes, easily capable of keeping up with the ki-capable warriors. It also has these abilities:

Regenerating Energy Source - While the Ultra Armor does not have infinite energy, it regenerates at a rapid pace, allowing the user to fight for prolonged periods of time. The suit also provides the user with generated nutrition and carbohydrates, thus he does not need to eat or drink while wearing.

Energy Projection - While Heleim cannot use out, the Ultra Armor can produce it's own version of the concept just as effectively as the real thing, allowing the user to fire energy blasts, beams, fly and do other sorts of crazy things.

Finger Laser - A focused beam of vaporizing light that can cut through pretty much anything - think of something like the Kienzan, but a beam that Heleim can "draw" with. Uses a lot of energy.

Various other gadgets - Thermograph, capsule holder, nerve gas pellets, poison darts, a gas mask, night vision glasses, video recorder, miniature minigun, a ki attack absorption module and other things.

Bio: The Tuffles were an advanced spacefaring race from Planet Plant, living on their massive planet peacefully for many years. While they were not strong or wielders of ki, they were excellent engineers and scientists. This is where Prince Heleim, the son of the Tuffle King, was born - and soon lost it all. The nearby Planet Trade Organization eyed down the riches and splendor of the Tuffles, and a Saiyan expedition was sent to investigate and try to annex the nation peacefully.

The Tuffles responded with open arms, and a three week war began. Despite their technology and numbers, they could only gasp and burn in front of the giant monkey aliens from outer space. The population was annihilated... almost. Among some refugees, the five year old Prince of the Tuffles was put on stasis with the only remaining set of Ultra Armor and sent away in an escape pod to carry the legacy of the once strong race.

Heleim woke up on a distant alien planet, and soon vowed to take revenge on what the Saiyans and the PTO have done to his people. For twenty five years, this brave boy has wandered across the galaxy, learning more and more along the way and fighting lone imperial units, but it looks like a chance to finally end the organization once and for all has arrived...
