Not nessecarily. You see, an inactive person became the Cordoba Caliphate, and conquered Spain and Portugal a while ago (apparently, it seemed before the PDV.) Because he was using illeagle weapons and that there are Galician rebels, Russia and I started warring him. So I think you can get all of Iberia as a union, except Catalonia; Galicia; and the Basque. The rest we'll help help with soldiers, but we'll leave after.

But my main bases are in all of those areas. If I can get only a half Spain then thats kind of shitty

We alredy have a nationalist Galicia, but you can have the rest if you let us have military and keep the Balearic islands and Gibraltar.

There is alredy a Galician rebel group, you can have them but they will probably try to beat there way to independence. But as a suggestion for the name the _ of Iberia.
