Did you not read the backstory? The UN is gone, which means the Antarctic Treaty is null and void, which also means all claims made under the Antarctic Treaty are null and void.

Britain and Syria also went to war, and we still haven't settled on a treaty, which means the land Syria and Britain want is contested. What Japan is doing will be settled through either war or negotiations, not petty arguments in the OOC.

When Massoud Barzani wanted to stop expansion a man named Reza Shahriyar rose to prominence in the political world. He wished to unite all of the Kurdish lands under one nation. He's popularity rose until he was voted into power. He turned the country into a Dictatorship, using the excuse of ISIS to raise his power. Using American weapons, training and support He managed to expand Kurdish lands vastly. The last of these American weapons came on December 28th, 2018. The deal which provided Kurdistan weapons ended and so did American support. Reza hopes to find a nation to fund his army.
