Tokyo Ghoul Genesis [OOC/SIGNUPS]

Based off Sui Ishida's Tokyo Ghoul manga series.

Part of the "Genesis" series of roleplays based off anime/manga.

Rather strange murders have been happening across the world, notably Japan... The rest is for the roleplay to decide...

The roleplay will take place in arcs.

Ok so I'll just go straight into the rules and other important crud.

No godmodding, PERIOD.
You MUST ask permission to be a Chimera Ghoul.
You MUST ask permission to be a One Eyed Ghoul.
You MUST ask permission to be a Quinx.
You MUST ask permission to be a Kakuja.
Ask for permission to kill characters.
Maximum of 2 Ghouls and 2 CCG investigators.
You will put "It's feeding time" in your application.

The type of Kagune a ghoul has depends on their RC Type. Since I'm too lazy I'll leave a link to a source of info about RC Types. Here.
It is possible for a ghoul to have two RC Types but only under these circumstances:
- They are either a full ghoul or an artificial one-eyed ghoul (an artificial one-eyed ghoul can actually have two different kakuhou's implanted into their body).
- They are not a natural one-eyed ghoul (unless the ghoul father was a chimera too).
- You have asked permission from the OP.

Since this roleplay takes place across the entire world instead of Tokyo, the CCG will have branches across the world.
