Being part of an organization, you are expected to do certain things, whether you agree or disagree with them, I don't care. We have recruited you, because you are something most people aren't. That is being the reincarnation of one of the well-known figures in history, among the likes of Merlin, Arthur, Hitler, Stalin, Ghandi, and others. With that, somehow, due to your past life, certain abilities are bestowed upon you. I don't know, heck! Even the MSC hasn't figured out why that is. Frankly, you are more special than a lot of us, more powerful in a way...... And we need you... Your powers, insight, anything that can be useful from this.
Currently, the reincarnation process seems to be having difficulties.
We have received reports that a variety of souls and spirits have escaped this process, and are now wrecking havoc in the shadows, biding power and time. While it might not be urgent, they will eventually need to be put down, that is where you and your partner come in. These spirits are taking people's bodies, committing acts that the person might have never thought about doing and would have never have done. In doing so, they gain power, attracting demons and further corrupts free-roaming souls and spirits around them, directly affecting the living or otherwise. If they are allowed to gather enough souls, they become a Legion.
Once they have achieved that form, only a few things will be able to stop it, and that is you.

Alright, that was the intro!
First thing off the bat, this RP will have you either teaming up with another PC as a partner, or, control two characters as part of a team. This is mandatory, so yeah. In this RP, you will be playing two kinds of characters or both at the same time. First kind of character is the Reincarnated, people who are as their titles state, reincarnated. These are the powerhouse of duo that will be played by the PCs. They're going to have special abilities based on what they did in life, for example somebody like Stalin might have ability called the Purge, where he can cause the pain he's brought to the people he's killed to be felt by his target, or something like that. Not only that, but unlike their partners, they have lives outside of MSC, whether it be a college student, high schooler, part-time worker, etc.. Next, but not the least are the partners, simply called the Guardians. In their titles, they are members of MCS that are to protect their designated Reincarnated partners, their sole job to protect them at all cost and maybe perhaps another secretive objective.
Primary setting will be in a fictional nondescript large urban city, comparable to New York City. It shall be called the bland name of Genecity A.

1. No godmodding or metagaming, should be obvious. Three strikes and you're out.

6. Don't be a dick in the OOC, it's okay in the IC if it fits your character.
7. If you do something in the IC that I don't like, for example start random fights for the sake furthering "character development", expect me to do something about it.
8. No one-liners, there are always something that can be said to extend things.
9. Your character's can't be physically immortal. A PC should and can die, period.
10. I will decide whether the figure you have chosen is okay.
11. Any rules after this one is expected to be followed as before.
