I think you could get away with taking western Kentucky from the U.S. if you are quick (are there any military units near there? I would get them there ASAP, though mobilization is a pain. Luckily, the US force is largely on foot)

So as Congress prepared to ask Stull to step down, he prepared knowing that he had to make the USA strong, independent, and rise about these petty powers.
