Depends on how this plays out, but all of Kentucky is going to be essentially impossible, you could squeeze in on the western bit-but there are Texan and Borinquenos armies right there.

A lot depends on what happens to Stull, whether or not he becomes President again will be a major determinant in how these things are divided up. I think you could get away with taking western Kentucky from the U.S. if you are quick (are there any military units near there? I would get them there ASAP, though mobilization is a pain. Luckily, the US force is largely on foot)
