Texas has 10-15,000 remaining. The Army of Kentucky is a scattered few thousand or less, difficult to reform. The 4th is packed with walking wounded, but is around 10,000, it was 8 or 12, I believe. The 82nd is at a solid 8, the skirmishers around 6. The Army of Penn. is hurt, 6 left, the Reserve is at 11-12, it did not engage overmuch, while the Holding Force is similarly light. Stiergiest never got into a toe-to-toe fight, and is near-full.

Stull:
c. 8-12,000 Marines
c. 10,000-15,000 Militia
c. 22-25,000 Army/NG/Other

Texas:
c. 10-15,000

Stiergiest
c. 40,000

Freedonia
28,800 (DNE)

AU:
Negligible still formed.

Freedonia is most certainly only "observing"-if so, I imagine they would be happy to move their army out of Stull's way.

They are practically hated by the people. I am. Stiergiest will be allowed as well as other generals. But I am going to allow Freedonia to observe/advise. But no negotiations.

Not sure about the significance of "Ohio State." Its location on the northern portion of the city means that it would almost surely have never have been involved in the fighting, the best you could get is an artillery shell from the Texan-USA battle going ridiculously off-course, unless she joined in one of the attacks.

Though I suppose that one of the early skirmisher strikes could have come in sideways. Yeah, that would work out, I will assume that.
