I am going to be vague for...reasons, but it is a military company, and it primarily builds something you are not interested in/producing at the moment-and I can pay big in annulling your debt.

I noted earlier that those southern counties in Oregon were already half yours, were you still looking at them?
I am not sure what I am looking for-Spokane is a bit more conservative, and a nice little area for industry, and northern Idaho has those water reserves, but I could look into giving them up-not sure what it would take, though. Unfortunately politics comes in here as well, as what Eberhardt wants matters less than what looks good to the public/the Councils.
I generally want Spokane County for three reasons,
1: Population
2: Industry
3: If the aquifer gets ruined it doesn't hurt our relations
I want the Oregon lands for coast, and to feel safer defensively, (also slightly to not look like your taking a bite out of me on the map)
What does Freedonia need right now? I will see if I have whatever it is.
Otherwise I need a specific border so I can update the map,

Map is decent enough-for Oregon, taking those counties seems like it would shrink Cascadia immensely, but I will consider those, at least, take a closer look at them-the RMU does have coast, though, I made sure of that (and I sort of like the look on the map)
For Spokane, it is mostly a pressing thing because they are a check on Pacifica going super-liberal that I worry about removing.
What do you think would ruin the aquifer?
I cannot really think of anything that Freedonia wants that the RMU has, hence my suggestion to make suggestions since it may jog my memory.

I do know I have a coast, though I would like to expand the Fishing Industry, Freshwater and Saltwater,
Industrial accidents/loopholes found for dumping waste with lack of the EPA's designation as a sole source aquifer (unlikely we know we need it) could ruin it (some of the best water in each state at least),
Silver, Lumber, Tubers, Rare Earth Metals, Buddy Points, Another Favor,

Freedonian environmental laws are good enough to avoid the acquirer issue, especially with no plans for major development in the region.
It seems that mostly what Freedonia would get is just a bit more trade or something, which is a lot for something as big as changing borders, especially when Eberhardt just pushed them farther back than most people wanted, Eberhardt probably would not go for it, the people, definitely not.
The Oregon ones are a possibility, perhaps, the main issue is that it takes a big chunk of the state's land, which is going to be unpopular. Still trying to look into those, multitasking.

i'll take it as an unfortunate no on Spokane,

I would do that for a major ship class, but these are (I suppose I am revealing my plans, but whatever), tiny, cheap, Coast Guard cutter-sized ships, I would run out of states quickly. I am considering naming them after some kind of landmark-mountains or lakes, or something, but I really like Liberty-Class, I suppose the first ship just gets an odd name (which is not all that abnormal)
Oh, the RMU has the tax revenue to date so far for Washington and Oregon as part of the deal, so you have some cash on-hand.

Good Point, the Democracy-Class ship sounds interesting to me,
yay, time for Infrastructure and Industry!
