200 sea-based ones is pushing it, they would have to be small
100 F-35s by the end of the quarter is three times the production capability for such of the entire United States-not even taking into account that getting resources for them is going to be difficult, you are spending a lot elsewhere, and you need to complete revamp production facilities to make them in the first place.

Building a new facility is the right idea-but it just takes a while.

The boats are perfectly fine-you can up both that number and the land-based one if you wish (though, of course, that takes resources from elsewhere)

With the F-35, you are sort of in the same situation as me, a little better off in that you are better suited to the craft, but worse off in facilities. Once you get going, you can keep going, but getting started takes forever.

Really, getting five out in a quarter is a little on the edge, but I will allow it, smaller state and all that, could use some boosting, and you are definitely making it your focus. Of course, that takes dollars from elsewhere, but that should be OK.

Something is bothering me, please understand industry everyone!!!!! Only California, Washington State, the Midwest, New York, New England, and Pennsylvania as well as the corridor from Chicago to Louisiana have the capacity to mass produce things. So Texas has oil but it's car industry could not mass produce and not only that but how are you even convincing these companies to do so? Cause Ford & General Motors are not based there - and airplanes production is concentrated in New England, Michigan, Washington, and the East & West coasts (a few) so limit that 'mass production' - and this costs money, is the government paying for this with taxes? Are you raising taxes? Are you forcing companies? No bank in the US besides the federal reserve is prepared to sustain a war time economy (unless you sieze it all). So you either stop your 'mass production or your running yourself into some hefty debt. Sorry for the rant but something that has been bothering me.

Note on the clause for the transfer of citizens-effectively, it is a population mix-up. All the conservatives, libertarians, big-time Christians, people who have family in the west, dislike the government, etc. are sent over to Freedonia. Conversely, on the other side, people of specific views-namely, those who dislike the very conservative, Christian government-some hardcore Atheists, some homosexuals, many leftists, etc., head on over to the N.A.R., though they have to be approved.

The population ratio is going to end up favoring Freedonia by a good bit, just given the broader number of those who would like it, and the lack of approval needed/funds available, but it has the advantage of, peacefully, solidifying each government by strengthening the ideological base.
