The year is 2700 and TSB Washington of the Tellusian Defence Force is commissioned to explore the Gamma Octant and Delta Octant of the Milky Way Galaxy. The ship has been destroyed several times and is now repaired for one more mission.

Backstory
The Tellus Confederacy (TC) is a hyperpower (universal superpower) formed in 2040 by the Church of Scientology after the devastating World War IV (2030-2040). Scientology advanced when David Miscavige met a mysterious glowing species called the Xenorans, who were exterminated by Xenu and the Galactic Confederacy in the pre-history. The Xenorans became the gods of Scientology ever since. Scientology is split into four directions, Conscientology (Conservative), Orthoscientology (Orthodox), Liberscientology (Liberal) and Ascientology (Secular). The TC controls the Sol System (excluding Mars and a few areas), several other systems in the Milky Way Galaxy and colonies across the universe. Earth is the capital world and Scientology is the dominant state religion. It uses a caste system called the ABDO System, consisting of Alpha (elite military personnel, judge, teacher and priest), Beta (regular military personnel), Delta (police, medic, fireman, businessman, artist and other civilian jobs), and Omega (farmer, worker and servant). Only Scientologists are allowed in the system, as non-Scientologists are excluded as "unjoinables". There are also "defectives", Scientologists who have left the ABDO System. Since the Enclave-Tellusian War (2099-2100) against the Enclave Systematic Empire, the Tellus Confederacy formed the Commonwealth of Planets, a political organization composed of Human-led governments and other humanoid governments. Since the Star Kingdom of Orion was formed in 2120, the TC directly occupied all Human colonies, leading to bloody independence wars and religious persecution. The Commonwealth is the largest multinational organization in the Milky Way, others being the Coalition of Free Races (CFR), the Orion Alliance (OA) and Alpha-Beta Economic Community (ABEC).

Rules
Same as any RP. Also, you can also play as a non-Tellusian citizen who can serve in TSB Washington. This RP is meant to be like Star Trek: Voyager. This RP is set in Daltorverse, a merger of Star Trek and Honorverse with different species and complex backstory. I have 8 characters and you can have 1 to 2 characters.

History: Alager was born the first and only son of a Delta family. His father was a buisiness man and his mother was a doctor. He spent most of his childhood a normal one. I think we can find a common enemy in King Elyas as I've been told you fought alongside Kild Elyas as one of his commanders and find him as dear as I found him to myself. I was one of his most esteemed knight, and he grew to be a fatherly figure for me since my father died in the war he was drafted into for the old King. So, I hope an alliance can be reached between us so that when the time comes both you and I will be prepared for war as my realm produces 2/3 of the realms food and you produce 2/3 of the realms metal.

Lord Æbor I write you to see if I can create an alliance among the Noble Expanse and Iglothra. I know that you just as I and many other dislike the King greatly. And when the time comes we will need to be prepared so, I call upon you to create an alliance so that when war breaks out we may be prepared to take the opportunity to dethrone the young King Elyas and avenge the dead King. I've already contacted Lord Tyrus of Twin Reach. If we can get a three way joint alliance I can supply us the food for our armies as my realm produces 2/3 of the kingdom's food, Tyrus' realm produces 2/3 of the kingdom's metals to make military equipment for our cause, and lastly but certainly the most important you sir, can conscript the most troops as the Noble Expanse is home to atleast 2/5 of Lavell's population. So, I do hope we can reach an agreement to put down this tyrannous kinslayer!

As Lord Miller finished the last letter, a courier knocks claiming he has a very important letter.
Lord Miller: Come in my man.
The courier seems rushed and is breathing heavily.
Lord Miller: Guard can you call a servant to bring this man some water?
The servant comes back with water.
Courier: Thank you, my lord.
Lord Miller takes the letter and the courier leaves in haste.

It has come to my attention that the King's guard must be redone with supporters of The Divisions cause, there fore I am asking you to select some of your finest warriors to where I can eventually bring them into the Kings's guard and remove the old guard. I trust that this code is still secret and I tell you to burn this letter once you have read it.

Lord Miller reads the letter and deciphers it to then burn it realizing that this is the Division the spymaster was talking about.

As he is about to sit down after burning the letter his son comes in, with Charles.
Lord Miller: Ah, how is Sword training going my son. Frederick says jollily when his son comes in.
Frederickson: Oh father, I am doing splendid what did you need me for, you never let me come in here.
Lord Miller: Well sit down and we can talk. Guard close the door and guard it and please tell a servant to bring some wine in for me and Charles and bring some sugar cane juice for my boy and while your at it get yourself something.
Lord Miller: Well, I have a very important mission for you and Charles to go do.
Charles: What will we be doing my lord?
Lord Miller: I need you two to travel to the capital of Lavell and inconspicuously find a group called the Division and tell no one of this. Look for a Captain of the King's Guard and tell him Lord Miller sent you.
I give Charles a letter with the royal crest on it.
I also give Charles a small chest filled with 1000 ducats.
Lord Miller: Get suited up and I'll send for a servant to get two of my fastest horses.
Lord Miller: I trust you are able to handle a sword and horse by now son?
Frederickson: Yes father.
Charles: I'll take care of him my lord.
Lord Miller: I know Charles, I know you will.
They leave and Lord Miller goes to his chambers to think about the rest of this.

Okay, but first is that Avalonia isn't part of the Tellus Confederacy after independence in 2200. It is currently the capital of the Avalonian Federation, a strong member of the Orion Alliance. Also, the population of the Tellus Confederacy is predominantly Scientologist, while the population of the Avalonian Federation is predominantly Protestant (mostly Baptist). Many Avalonians moves to the TC, mostly due to their Scientologist heritage since the 22nd century or mostly because of the ongoing spetial diversity there. The Manders are non-Manadorians who visits the planet. The Manawiccans are Manadorians who uses a corrupted or dark form of Mana called the "Darkness of Mana". They are considered to be black sorcerers and are targeted as dangerous criminals. The Magenites are genetically enhanced Manadorians or Manadorian supersoldiers who are used in warfare. The Managods are deities in Manador who are responsible for creating the "Light of Mana", as well as being devoted by the Manadorians. The Manadevils are corrupted Managods who created the "Darkness of Mana". Despite this, Manador has no world government as it still has many warring nations, although they are united by an UN-like organization called the "Multi-National Council" (MNC).
