He's able to devise plans and technology at an incredible pace, using his knowledge of New Genesis technology to supplement gaps in his technological understanding of Earth. A 9th Level intelligence, he can work on multiple trains of thought at a single time.

- Positron Manipulation: A wielder of the fearsome and potent destructive power of anti-matter, Damocles can generate and expel the antimatter equivalent of electrons, known as positrons. Upon contact with electrons and indeed all positive matter, the positron and the electron are both annihilated with incredible amounts of energy released as a result - via gamma ray photons. Damocles has fine control and precision over this power, and has trained himself in it's usages and abilities, or else the results would be catastrophic for most positive matter.
Weaknesses:
- Like all New Gods, Radion. Hard to come across or produce, Radion must be delivered by means of a blast.
- Positive Matter will annihilate his own Positrons, so using his power comes at a price of destruction. It's unknown if his antimatter reserves are limited, but overexertion of his ability - for either offense or defense - will drain his stamina and energy much, much faster.
