Name/Alias: Avis Koch (Alias: Blitzer)

Gender: Female

Age: 24 appearance wise. (Actually 99)

Species: Human (with Asgardian blood)

Backstory: The sole daughter of Ragnhildr, she inherited a good deal of her mothers abilities, as well as some others thanks to the constant acquisition of Meta-Human abilities by her mother and her fathers Asgardian bloodline. Ragnhildr did not raise her daughter, instead handing her off to an orphanage so that she could watch her daughters development from afar with interruption. After some unfortunate scuffles with her peers, Avis knew that she was abnormally strong for her age, and perhaps even for a human. However, this only seemed to get worse when she grew angry, which happened to be quite often given her lack of patience.

As world war two was in full swing, she found herself arrested and placed into the hands of Hydra thanks to the directive given by her own mother. However, Avis would not yet meet her mother directly, and instead found herself subjected to the same torturous experiments that other Meta-Humans were. This time however, she would not be disposed of. Ragnhildr had every intention of making her flesh and blood a worthy warrior like she had always secretly desired for herself.

Unleashed upon the battlefield for a brief time, Avis found herself given the position of a 'Tank Buster', and was successful given her inhuman strength. However, as Hydra's position on Hitler shifted, she found herself recalled from the battlefields of Russia and was instead given guard duty on a number of secret installations. Regardless, the German Reich eventually surrendered unconditionally, and Avis was left to fend for herself. Relegating to continue her fight against the Soviets, Avis joined a number of Nazi remnant groups and committed various acts of terrorism against officials of the new 'German Democratic Republic'.

Come 1965, Avis found her position in these Nazi-remnant groups to be less than desirable and futile, and instead elected to move to the United States. Funny enough, she managed to land a career as a fitness instructor in the 70's, and saved up enough money to purchase a decent apartment in New York. Eventually, the whole 'Fitness Instructor' career wasn't enough as Avis found herself dragged into the temptation of underground fighting. With her powerset, Avis never lost, and if she did it was because she threw the fight.

With her impressive fight record, Avis found herself often contracted by a number of people as 'hired muscle'. To this day, it's unknown what Avis is after or what she's really doing in the United States, but what she doesn't know is that Ragnhildr is always watching.

• Strength Absorption
• Healing Factor
• Anger Empowerment

Weaknesses:

• Subordinate: Avis lacks the knowledge or will to lead for herself. She believes her life is that of someone subservient to someone with capable leadership.
• Recklessly Impulsive: When angered or drive to do something, Avis will often ignore the consequences of any actions she makes in the process.
• Madness: Avis' exposure to various experiments has left her mentally fragile and vulnerable to random bouts of destructive madness. Hence her underground fighting to relieve herself.
• Human Characteristics: While she may be leagues above the average human, she is still prone and vulnerable to illness, bullets (they sting), and other forms of aggression.

Destructive Capacity: 1/2 ton with the potential to reach 7 teratons.

Speed: 1m/s (2.2mph - 3.6kph)

Durability: City Level

Lifting Strength: Class 100

Striking Strength: Class KJ but can reach Class EJ.

Standard Equipment:

• Bullet-proof upper vest

• Xacine: Tiny, octagonal, crimson pills.
