Well, I am feeling some posts today. One here and another in IJB. About time to introduce one of my characters.

So, I plan on sending a retrieval team to the CADMUS base that Fallen Jedi raided. I am going in for info and tech retrieval. I plan on only finding some basic laser designs, as well as some super info. As well as information regarding Parademon sittings. Would this be acceptable.

Hey Cristo, Kazuko ordered the Masaki Worldship to jam communications just prior to the incursion taking place, perhaps you should edit your post about the CADMUS Facility by saying that their communications network was abruptly interrupted, and you could also be involved in the fight at it's final sequence, if you want to make this an interaction, feel free to telegram me.

Backstory: Highroller is by far the biggest enigma to come out of Las Vegas. Brazen in his confidence to the point of boastfulness, he has never been one to let the chips fall where they may. In fact, he's always been painfully aware that the chips never fell in any other way than the one he wanted. Only fitting that a man with as much sheer, blind conviction towards being a cocky asshole would end up the guy with these sorts of abilities. On the run from someone or another since his early days of shooting craps under the stairwell in Fifth Street (Elementary) School and scamming kids out of their hard-earned allowances, Highroller has never respected authority, never lost a fight, and never let such trivialities as the odds get in his way.

Born to a poor Las Vegas family in the metro area, as a kid he had never really known luxury or comfort. Instead, he knew seedy motels and late night dashes out of town when the next set of loan sharks or casino thugs came knocking for his destitute, gambling addicted father. His mother was nowhere to be found, Highroller never knew the woman in fact. To him, she was nothing more than a footnote in the history of the greatest game shark of all time, though, so he never put much thought towards the matter. He was much too busy figuring out where his next meal was going to come from as a kid, anyways, as his father spent whatever money he did manage to bring home from the slots on cheap booze and cheaper whores. But despite this, Highroller never harbored any resentment for his father, no, he couldn't be assed to give a crap about that man. To him, he was more of a cautionary tale than anything else to Highroller, and he would do well later in his life to avoid ending up like that pitiful excuse for a man.

At the age of 18, fresh out of the public school system and eager to get the hell away from his failure of a parent, Highroller embarked on the greatest adventure of his life. His first night on the Vegas strip netted him over 3 million dollars in pot money from the blackjack tables. The next night, he doubled that figure again. An instant success, this did nothing to help his already hugely inflated ego. Within a week he was a regular face in the high rollers tables in all of the Vegas hotspots, and that's where adopted the identity of Highroller. It was also in those Vegas casinos that he discovered his other abilities, namely Die Rolling. But it wasn't until he began to travel internationally in pursuit of larger payouts that he developed the techniques of the Tricky Six and Lady Luck dice, and discovered and perfected his use of the X-Hit Kill technique. Using these powers for protection against those who would do him harm -- and trust him, they were far from isolated incidents -- he began to develop the persona of Highroller and shaped himself into the enigmatic gambler with otherworldly powers that he is now known to be.

Powers and Abilities:

• Luck -- Highroller is blessed with an automatic infinite supply of luckiness. He is luckier than other people, good things always seem to come his way when he needs them, and random chance always seems to land in his favor.
• Die Rolling -- A sub-form of Probability Manipulation, Highroller can assign one set of conditions to any die he comes in contact with. In doing so, he gives each of the die's sides (he normally prefers 6-sided dice) an outcome. When Highroller rolls that die, the outcome is whatever condition is tied to the number that landed face-up.
• Weapon Summoning -- The first of Highroller's dice is what he calls the "Tricky Six", or six different weapons that are each respectively linked to one of the six-sides of that die. When the die is rolled, it transforms into the weapon whose number landed face-up. The Tricky Six include (1) a pistol that shoots bolts of pure energy, (2) a pair of kami with long chains attached to their hilts, (3) a pair of unbreakable gauntlets that give him hugely increased physical strength, (3) two identical maces made of a substance both very strong and very light, (4) a futuristic sword with a blade of pure plasma, (5) a shoulder-mounted rocket launcher, and (6) a wickedly long and curved scythe.
• X-Hit Kill -- Undoubtedly Highroller's strongest ability is tied to the second die that he permanently carries with him, simply called "Lady Luck". Also six-sided, Highroller has imbued each of its outcomes with a condition: whoever he targets first after rolling Lady Luck is tagged with a unalterable mark that depicts the same number as the result of the die roll. Visible only to Highroller and his opponent, this mark spawns at a random location on the target's body and is not decided by Highroller. This numbered mark is a counter of sorts, and each blow the mark receives from a Tricky Six weapon decreases its value by 1. At 0, the mark triggers and results in the target's instant death. Hits scored by the marked onto Highroller increases the counter by one, and has no maximum limit.
• Enhanced Condition -- being a Meta Human, Highroller's physical and mental abilities are above natural humans, beyond what can be emulated via natural training and with little to no maintenance required by him.

Weaknesses: Due to the restrictive conditions that are the nature of his abilities, his strategy is oftentimes easily figured out. He has no control over what condition is activated by his die rolls (he only sets the conditions, he does not have direct influence over the results). Lady Luck's mark effect ceases if his target knocks Highroller unconscious or is able to get more than 1,000 meters away from Highroller.

Destructive Capacity: Large Building Level

Speed: Between 10m/s and 40m/s

Durability: Small Building Level

Lifting Strength: Class 50 (semi-truck weight)

Striking Strength: Class TJ, punches comparable to nuclear blasts.

Standard Equipment: The two imbued dice Tricky Six and Lady Luck, as well as a small pouch of non-powered dice of varying sizes, although he carries more 6-sided die than other types.

Intelligence: Peak Human Level
