Vundarbar was pretty much out already, getting stabbed by a tranq. I probably could have emphasized that more but yeah, he's pretty much out, it's the 4 other Parademons that are going to be issues....

Short description of Tech level: Highly advanced, Heliopolites have access to teleportation tech, Mechs, hovercraft, AI, nanobots and other advanced technologies. Their specialties when it comes to tech tends to be genetic egineering and cybernetics, as is fitting with the spirit of Helipolis self advancement.

Short history of the faction: Heliopolis was founded during the great depression, when Alexandria Nur discovered a vault with alien technology in the Antartic and began inviting people to come, however they soon closed their borders after a few years. Some thought they had all died in the snow, but Heliopolis has come back on the international scale, which begs the question "What do they want?". The answer is shrouded in as much mystery as heliopolis itself.

Race(s) the faction is made up of: Humans, Metahumans, Mutants, Inhumans and new genetically created sub races of humanity made in Heliopolis tabs.
