Clara does hold a Rightful claim on the Estate

She has a claim on it but, her family unrighteously supported an usurper. My character will likely only release the estate back to her if she promises her undying loyalty to the rebellion and signs the pact to support us in the war. Only then may she retain her estates and join the war summit as a ladylord among the rebellion.

This is true; Clara's father, Herald, in supported Elyas. Her sister, Marian, was his wife at the time; Marian basically went along with the plans because she couldn't convince him otherwise and eventually figured that being queen now was an okay idea. Marian died as a tragic casualty in the war (how exactly is still unexplained) and Herald was executed by Miller for causing chaos in Iglothra by raising arms for Elyas, which in turn caused Bleuegardin Manor to be confiscated by Miller.
Through it all, Clara was fostered in Tikkemund when she was 11 years old, and when the rebellion ended she was 16 years old. She loved her family and thought Elyas was a good husband to her sister, though she didn't really think much of politics; her main concern was caring for the smallfolk, and when the rebellion happened, she just wanted her family to be safe through it all. She was reasonably upset by the deaths in her family, and being exiled in a roundabout way could've done any number of things to her.

As for the blue rose medicine, perhaps the family medicus is just messing around drunk (like some discoveries tend to go...) and discovers that it heals wounds impressively quick. Further research shows the roses to be excellent at preventing infections as well as speeding up recovery. Perhaps not a medicine in and of itself, but enough properties that it is an impressive supporter.

Also, this isn't really important, but I took a test with Clara's character in mind, and she scored as Lawful Neutral/Lawful Good (the morality score was even). Here's the site in case you all are interested or LOVE D&D like I do:

I can't add borders. The software I am using is still in beta testing mode, so there are lots of things that I can't do with it. As soon as I can, I will.

Posted the WAR summit thing. Anglo, I don't think there will be many Divison posters in Iglothra. As it is mostly secluded to Obbunium and is a secret organization. So... Perhaps you couldve heard of a war summit and you thought your services could be of use to the lords of the war summit? Also, I've replied to you now Gerdon, if anyone else has an idea and presents it then they will do that and we will go to voting on that afterwards we will go to war plans.

Well, if you guys didn't realize my character is representing the Division as they did contact him and Frederick has spoken about the war summit he will host eventually with them. I will talk about them once we get to War Plans because, that's where they come in.

Well not exactly. You said it yourself that they were a secret organization only known by those who are in the organization itself and the Divison is severely spread out so there is no real concentration of Divison members other than in Kingshill and they are dwindling without the rebellions help.

That doesn't mean they do t have agents everywhere, they may not be in power, but all major cities have some form of Division cell

I think that's what I said. :) Except, you said that there are a few cells in major cities and the Divison can't actually be in power because, they are a secret organization plotting against the king comprising of agents and peasantry who had nothing better to do but, feel cheated and oppressed by the king so they've joined under the Divisionn. I'm just trying to make the point that the Divison is a secret known only to those in it and those who communicate discreetly with them. Like, there won't be signs with division spelled across it in Iglothra.
