Okay so @Prussia and @Saxony - should the Congress be something discussed at the meeting or should the meeting should be the finalizer of it?

I think that the meeting will determine bylaws and charters and whatnot to help hammer out the minutia of the Congress, such as member nations' rights, domestic and international policy, and when military intervention is appropriate.

I've been there. It's basically a mini-Switzerland sans democracy or a military. They were in the works of disbanding their military at the start of this rp, and pretty much sat around banking since 1800.

Sanjabel, pick an Asian nation, or make an original one that formed in the last 40 years, or even take that empty space in South America ^_^

I dont really do Asia. I'd prefer to be in Europe or the Americas...

Plus, I'm going to be patching up relations between Spain and Portugal, and allying the French (hopefully) since Portugal is weary, and they are led by the Portuguese Crown's cousins ^_^

Portugal is doing this whole "liberation" thing (or will be), with a new kingdom popping up in the Empire, so they could be a fully independent former part of the Portuguese Empire, and close allies with the Empire ^_^

OH! And it'd be to host another area of opposition to the Spanish. More territory = more capacity to fight the Spanish in two areas. So, the Portuguese would go there because of that, and when the colony became independent the Portuguese would aid them ^_^ You would benefit from everything I'm going to do with Brazil, as well as get a dynamic income of gold, and resources, depending on your needs, and our supply. Maria II of Portugal is a very amicable person.

Maybe you should have another nation/group "host" it, so as not to make anyone have a sense of superiority among the group. I mean, you're Germans, but still.

Don't pick the Portuguese, tho. You'd probably be killed on your way there

In addition, maybe you should each set apart a piece of territory to create a "neutral" zone for your nations, that acts as the capitol of the group, and meeting place for them? ^_^

Kind of like a big, nice meeting place, right in the center. Like caramel filling :3 or chocolate ((I like chocolate more))

Plus, could the Portuguese have an alliance with your alliance? Like, an economic one, and a permanent defense pact? ^_^

I dont know...thre really aren't any good ports, and wouldn't be many people, and its isolated, so it would probably not be very fun aside from internal development, or what limited ones there could be.

And you could include Liechtenstein as a canton because Liechtenstein usually is annexed to Switzerland in times of crisis, and with the political crisis in Europe RN i can see that happening.

I think someone reserved Saxony and you are claiming too much land. You may also want to wait to make a map as I am Hanover and my territory has yet to be represented (Accepted a few days ago & you claimed parts of my south)

Spain is still there', and if you really want to play a German state Saxony would be much better as it has a far larger army, and population.
