I phrased that poorly, my apologies. I'm just pointing out that set-up isn't the sort of thing that would make the world fear Austria's might, as you claimed it would. The odds against Prussia are so heavily stacked it'd be a miracle if they managed to win.

Also, I think it is a feat in itself that Austria would be able to unite Russia, Bavaria, Denmark-Norway, and itself into one alliance against another power. These alliances and the territorial changes would show Austria's allies that it means to keep its promises and will most definitely scare the living shit out of anyone who dares attack me. It would take the rest of Europe to defeat a joint Austro-Russo-Danish/Norwegian-Bavarian alliance on land.

As far as I know, Netherland is actually only allied to Prussia. So perhaps, me and Bavaria should declare on them. Also, will this alliance develop to a defensive pact for both of us or just one time thing?
This treaty implies a defensive pact. Any and all alliances I make or already have made are implied to be permanent defensive alliances with choice offensive elements (like the joint invasion of Prussia) unless explicitly stated as the opposite.
