This, you will lose. Especially since Portugal has been in decline for over fifty years now. While France in 1836 was a great colonial power, Portugal was nothing more than a low-secondary power holding on to some pretty unprofitable colonies. Take my word on this Portugal is a joke in 1836. France is not. Now, don't take that joke too far, or you'll lose more than just your national honour.

Austria, if you cut off the Danes from your alliance and just remain neutral to them, I'll keep the Congress out of it (except for the Prussian sect but the Western sec is much stronger) Keep in mind this: the Danes at most can raise 50,000 while I can raise around 60-70k not counting the Western sec under my influence.
