Name: Feodor Petrovich Karpov
Age (14-18): He looks 18, but actually has been around for 80 years.
Sex: Now? Oh, I mean, male.
Sexual Orientation: Straight, comrade.
Short Bio:Feodor was one of the 25 successful test subjects created by Nazi Germany during the years of WWII. The experiment, that was conducted on a facility in an orphanage in Hiroshima, Japan by a group of scientists from Nazi Germany under the name "Gruppe-115", under the supervision of Imperial Japan's Unit 731, has a purpose to "removing the limitations of human condition", using the 1500 orphans they took from all orphanage in Japan as test subjects, and the desired results, was to be used to create super-soldiers. The "ability" the got from the experiment was a power to manipulate, generate, and shape ice and cold. But in turn, his aging process was also slowed by a 1:10 ratio, means that 1 year of aging process by normal humans will cost him 10 years to gain, making him look youthful for years. This is also applied to the rest of the successful subjects, along with the "all white" appearance.
After the war ended in 1945, following the fall of Imperial Japan - and ultimately the fall of the Third Reich - the facility was closed down, with all the successful test subjects - including Feodor himself - ran away from the facility, before the team of scientist can bring them back to Germany. Through unknown means, he and the rest of the test subjects was separated from one another, and suddenly Feodor found himself roaming the streets of Leningrad (now St. Petersburg), as a waif. It was unknown how the Soviet police didn't take him into custody and get him worked at a child labor facility, but he was soon found by a farmer, and adopted. The farmer's name was Pyotr Andreyevich Karpov. He was a single working man, with no wife, let alone a child. But after adopting Feodor, he found himself not with one more mouth to feed, but with a reason to keep working. Even though they didn't live prosper under the Soviet regime, they were happy.
After four years of living with his adoptive farmer, Feodor applied for a position in the Red Army. At the time, he thought that getting a job at the army would help his father. Despite the Commissar giving him a hard time to apply because of his height, since his growth was slowed to a 10:1 ratio, he made it into the army, and made a few friends (or "comrades", as he called them). During his few years serving the army, he was moved from his post in the army (he managed to gain the rank of "Serzhant", his comrades usually called him "Comrade Sergeant"), to a position on the Spetsnaz GRU, due to his physical talents - which was one of the results of the Nazi scientists' experiment - that made his company's campaigns successful. He also has a deadly aim with his scoped Mosin-Nagant. Following the death of his adoptive father at 1967, he vowed to himself that he would make his father's spirit proud when he looked upon him from the afterlife, by being a good soldier. A good communist never believes in the hereafter, but he loved his adoptive father, and wanted to feel that somehow, his spirit was watching over him, like all the time when he was alive. One of his comrades, a Commissar he befriended, vouched for him to comrade First Secretary Nikita Khrushchev, to be allowed to gave him the new Dragunov SV '63, to replace his old service weapon (the scoped Mosin), as a sign of his condolences regarding his father's death.
Following the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991, Feodor, along with his comrades at the Spetsnaz GRU, was decommissioned as the military service briefly entered a state of restructuring, but was called to service again as soon as the service was re-established. This is where he would meet the soon-to-be Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, a man that he dubbed as "the most terrifying man he ever met". He even went as far as to compare the man to Stalin, who he dubbed as a "horrible sonuvabitch", but Putin was straight up terrifying. When Putin entered the office of President of the Russian Federation, Feodor met the man once again. Here, the President revealed the secrets concerning Feodor's own life; apparently, there were numerous reports about how he was seemingly not aging at all during his 40 years of service, and also about how there were seemingly icicles and various ice structures of varying size and sharpness left wherever he was being emotional. Putin revealed about the Nazi experiments, which was supposed to be a state secret, back in the Soviet era, since there were many Soviet scientists that partake in the experiments, aside of the Nazi scientists. He said that he knew about his powers, and that he wanted him to help "make Russia great again". He was placed in a secret service of GRU for a few years, tasked with assassinations and various stuff.
Some time before 2016, he met the President once again. Putin revealed that there was a school that could teach him how to control and maximize his powers, to combat supernatural foes. He also revealed that there were more about "state secrets" than meets the eye, something that the normal human eye of civilians couldn't see. And so, he was sent by the President to the IMOSA, on request to place him on one of their schools. But as to why the President choose Petwora, located in Winnipeg, Canada, closer to America than to Russia, instead of the much closer and prestigious Naliara (in Frankfurt, Germany) or Yopine (Gunsan, South Korea), well, that is a secret yet to be revealed.
Appearance:
Manipulation: Ice Manipulation
Subpower:
- Freezing
- Frostbite (only accessible to him through Insane Trigger)
- Ice Generation
- Cryokinetic Constructs
- Ice Negation: only to ices that he made on his own, but cannot negate ice from other's power.
- Cryokinetic Combat
- Cold Immunity
- Thermal Manipulation/Winter Manipulation (accessible through Insane Trigger)
- Insane Trigger: A mode where the user can heighten the capability of their own powers, at the cost of their sanity slowly slipping away during the usage, because this mode placed a huge strain on the brain. The main theme of this mode is "with great power, comes great insanity", so this power, even though making the user's power more deadly over usage time, also slowly consumes the user's sanity. In turn, the more powerful they become, the more insane they are. I know, redundant. This is a side-effect of the experiments. For Feodor, using this gained him the Thermal Manipulation capability, which could make the temperature around him dropped a few degrees. At some instance, when using the Insane Trigger for a long time, he could even make the area around him began snowing. The Thermal Manipulation was also used in a variation of Frostbite, which he made any living being he touched dropped their body temperature to extreme freezing levels.

Personality: He's a typical Vodka Drunkenski of the land of Russkie. He's loud, boisterous, and clunky. But in combat, he's as strong as strong can be. Some suspected that he drinks not for the sake of drinking, but to hide something. He also had a penchant for swearing in Russian and calling everyone with the title "comrade", sometimes before their names, as if the title was a suffix or something.
Likes: Vodka, more vodka, communism, Russia, anything that's cold.
Dislikes: No vodka, capitalism, anything hot, jazz music.
Alignment: Neutral Good ("No, no, tovarisch, that is a good reason you have, but your ways, didn't sit well with me, da?")
Theme Song: Hello Sleepwalkers - Goya no Machiawase
RP Sample: Nyet, blyat.
Did you read the Rules? Da.
