Yes, I was thinking about that would happen in the IC at some point. Feodor was bringing some vodka, then the Stuco confiscated them, saying he's underage, and then he protested with, "What? Comrade, in Russia, we drink first vodka at 14!"

Well technically depending upon what country feodor is from, it wouldnt exactly be under age, as Russia for example has no limit for drinking alchohol, purchasing yes, drinking no.
