President Kiser has also announced that he will be formulating a plan to increase the countries GDP by 1.5 trillion. President Kiser is also modernizing the military and will add 2 aircraft carriers to the navy. He is also adding 1,200,000 soldiers in total to the military. Kiser will also start the reasearch and construction of the F-48 which is expected to be completed in a year and a half. President Kiser will also attend Russia's expo.
