While I admit and accept I didn't follow the rules of the RP, I also willingly retconned immediately after. I feel that it's unfair to be penalized by him getting a free "hunch". It certainly wouldn't have been fair if I had a "hunch" that he was coming and bailed on the position, escaping into the vast underworld of coruscant. And while it does seem silly to RP that you don't know something, it's fairly common practice.
However, I leave the decision up to the mods. I wpn't storm off if you decide against either of my cases.

If you look at Joeda's bio and app, it's pretty clear he uses tactics.

I assumed that dual phase lightsabers looked different then regular lightsabers, I was wrong. It was a incorrect assumption, nothing more.

Fairly plausible, given that the Temple is quite a landmark, and taking down a tower is very notable-however, they would likely have almost no idea where it crashed, or even if it did eventually crash, unless they were actively watching.

Nice job Malice, playing to strengths and weaknesses.

Commentary on the fight, that may help.

While Malice, on his rage high, can certainly overpower Saevan, in a "Neutral ground" situation, Saevan has the advantage, so a lot of energy is being used to do so.
Malice is more adaptable in terms of forms, Saevan is more specialized, which means that, in a Form V matchup, he has the edge.
The advantage in Force abilities clearly belongs to Malice.
Note that Malice is still injured from the previous fight, which will wear on him.
Saevan has a slight reach advantage, given his edge in chest height.

At present Malice seems to hold the edge, but he is also going to burn out a lot faster. Should be interesting.

Well, admittedly the Temple is essentially on a "plain", so if he is in the Senate, or 500 Republica or something, he should be fine.

Asgierria, the latest post has a bit of a problem. The swing successfully hitting him in chezt/face and knocking him back is the kind of thing in the category of stuff you should not do, but is acceptable if Zeinbrad OK's it. Having him charge back in, though, constitutes controlling another character, as me have taken one of any number of other actions, so that needs to be changed. It is probably best to wait for Zeinbrad, it is easiest if he is just fine with the post, and no edits are needed, so I will wait on that.

No, actually. He attempted to do so after pushing him, but was being attacked by Cythraul at the time, so said attempt was interrupted.
